Really cool craft beer bar. Very unique atmosphere. Good selection of liquors, wines, and craft beer. Fully dog friendly, with a comfortable outdoor patio area. Live music and professional stand up comedy on certain Fridays of the month. The bartender is super friendly and really knows his stuff. Definitely recommend.

Great outdoor patio right at Hugh McRae park! They have beer on draft and bottles plus wine. No food but they have a grill and allow you to bring your own food to cook right there. Trader Joe’s is across the street. They also have gas fire pits. Chill music and live music on the weekends. Great place to kick off your night or as your main destination. Their patio is smoke friendly everywhere so if that bothers you, not your place. Extremely dog friendly.

Just lived this place! Could find about any type of beer there is. Get a draft beer, a single can, a 4 pack, or a mixed 6 pack. Also, several types of wine. Definitely a place to visit for you beer lovers.

Brewers Kettle has the very best selection of not only craft beer but also CBD/THC seltzers in the county. And their prices beat Total Wine. I’m so grateful to the one who referred me to BK! Dog friendly and a great atmosphere inside and on the back decks!!!
Check it out just across from Trader Joe’s.

I had called before coming and I was told dogs were allowed leashed and restrained. Me and my best friend came for music bingo, me with my dog and her with her service dog in training. A customer was letting his French bulldog run around off leash and my best friend was telling him MULTIPLE times to grab his dog because she had a service dog in training and the French bulldog kept trying to crowd him. I was also on edge because although my dog is people and dog neutral, he gets extremely nervous when a dog crowds him. Anyways, the man basically ignored my friend and the dog continued to go near her service dog in training so my best friend stuck her leg out to try to block the French bulldog from getting to her dog. Shortly after, this grown man starts screaming and cursing at her at the top of his lungs accusing her of kicking his dog. My friend tries to stand up for herself but he continues being crazy until a customer (I think) tried to settle it and then the man turned his attention to him and started screaming at him and getting all in his face. The bartender, Katie, started telling him to get out (good for her!) and the man proceeded to throw his card at her to pay before being escorted out. This man was CRAZY but I applaud people for standing up to him including the bartender and for standing up for my best friend with her service dog in training. We’re also thankful to the man with the sunglasses around the back of his neck who immediately stood up to the man, didn’t back down even when the guy was nose to nose screaming at him, and then escorted him out before things escalated further. Everyone in there was super sweet otherwise and even came to check on my friend after the fact. I did overhear that the man goes there often with his unleashed dog so due to this reason, I don’t think we’ll be returning unless the leash rule is completely enforced but everything else was fine! Our dogs enjoyed the atmosphere otherwise. I do want to make it clear that we don’t blame the establishment at all and that this guy was just extremely entitled and rude.

Awesome little place on Oleander drive in Wilmington, NC. Atmosphere out the wazoo. Has a great “locals” feel. Big selection for such a small venue. Relaxing atmosphere. Decent selection of drafts and wine. Unique in the area. Worth visiting!

My favorite local bar.. the staff are incredibly helpful and provide great recommendations on beer and wine. They are friendly and do a great job managing high traffic hours. I love that they carry such a variety of beers and wine for purchase so I can try something new or get my favorites! Great atmosphere and super dog and kid friendly!

The sweet little corner bar is now so well known. It’s a little too crowded. Years ago when it first opened. My children love to go there on Christmas Eve before we would do ot our feast of The seven fishes. Now when I pull in the parking lot it’s off and so crowded. I worry we won’t get to sit on the sofa or gather together. But it’s a great place and if you’re a people person, you’re going to love it. They have expanded and have lots of places to sit. There’s cornhole, seating inside and out. Stop and check it out.
