Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had. These people are rude and don’t care about serving you. I waited inside to order in person at 8 o’clock at night while I was IGNORED the entire time. Only one other person was inside. He got waited on twice because he had to pay 50¢ for sauce he didn’t previously get. I must be INVISIBLE because the young man at the front NEVER acknowledged me except to ask if I was a food delivery person picking up a delivery. When I said no, he never talked to me again. After literally over FIFTEEN minutes, I asked him to take my order. I never got upset or raised my voice. He had problems placing my order and scanned my app coupon for $1 off but then had to get the Manager. She couldn’t get it to work and didn’t care. She didn’t care that I had been waiting that long. Other people (3 girls) literally walked around doing nothing. That Manager was no where in sight except to mess up my coupon. She was happy when I just left. These people are pathetic.

Charleston was so helpful as I wasn’t sure what sauce to get. He let me try them all and was quick to offer assistance. My new favorite spot for a quick bite.

I showed up in a great mood, no one in the drive thru ahead of me but one car which was gone before I finished trying to order. Took forever for him to answer the order box, but that’s fine, I work drive thru too so I know it can sometimes take longer.

He finally answers. I start trying to order, he keeps interrupting me- asking me questions I was going to answer without being asked. Rushed me on which drink I wanted, made me repeat it after rushing me (again, the repeating is fine but he was passive aggressive through the entire thing).

I manage to order everything but my frosty when I remember I didn’t want mayo on my burger but wanted ranch. At which point he huffs into the mic and acts like this is the most inconvenient thing that’s ever happened to him.

Finally I’ve had enough, I tell him to have a good night and go to drive off. As I do I hear him say “Whatever, you too!” like he was happy to see me go.

I know bad customers exists and it makes it hard to deal with any costumer with grace but I’ve never had an experience with a drive thru worker this rude! All I wanted was my dinner and instead I got talked down to and demeaned.

The vanilla frosty was delicious. Inside the establishment it was clean and bright, with a cascade of windows. There were plentiful sauce options and the ketchup pump was full. Mixing all the drink flavors from the coke machine was fun!

Husband had already taken a few bites before I realized the bun looked weird. Looked at mine and found what I assume is mold too. I called and spoke with a manager, claimed no other buns had mold. She only refunded 1 of my sandwiches. ALWAYS an issue when we order from this location. Never going back.

The Mgr was great! He rung us up and was very attentive and professional. He had a whole crew and got our order out quickly. Food was fantastic and warm. Exactly what I expect from a chain store.

Work next door, service is great. My only complaint is that I’m unable to use the walk in option in the morning time. Don’t wanna have to come back and get in my car and hit the drive through. Other than that, service is great

When I was at Wendy’s a young man named Montrayviois waited on me and my aunt. He always so patient, so sweet and so courteous. Wendy’s, keep him, train him and promote him. Good people are hard to come by.

I ordered the taco salad and specifically asked what all comes on it. The employee said tomatoes, grilled corn, tortilla stripe and chicken. I get all the way home and unload my toddler from the car, get inside and realize there is no chicken on my salad. So I paid 10 bucks for some lettuce, tomatoes and corn. I tried to call to inform management and no one answered the phone. Called again, both times the phone just disconnected with no answer. So ill email corporate. Hope this is one of the Wendy’s that gets shut down.

I haven’t been in a while decided to try again. Now I remember why I quit ordering the food is not worth the money I am sure we were over charged I didn’t get all my items or a receipt. The drive through associates was rude . Never again .
