The food was good. Lots of flavor and sticky barbecue sauce on the ribs. Yum. The service was good but a little slow. The server could have been a little more attentive to our needs as far as providing extra napkins and clearing the table of items that are not being used.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for years. We decided to have dinner here after being out of the area for a couple of years, and we were very disappointed. The fried pickles were overcooked, rubbery, and greasy. I ordered my burger medium, but it was at best medium rare, closer to rare. The only bright spot was our server Tristan, who was very conscientious.

We haven’t been here in at least 7 years but decided to try it again and we were pleasantly surprised!!! Stephen was very attentive, food was great, and they even had good options for vegetarians too – everyone in my family happy :). We will put this back into our restaurant rotation. (Only took pic of the vegetarian meal sorry but meat eaters ate every bite)

This was my first time at Smokey Bones but it certainly won’t be my last. Victoria was our server and she was very patient and helpful. I was extremely pleased with the recommendations she gave me. Everything was delicious.

Visited on 3.7.23: Found a late night spot till 1 am. I tried the chili, which was decent. It made me think almost a roast beef than chili and does have beans, which is fine with me. I then sampled the reg nachos with chicken. Again, it was decent, but a lot of food and chicken was meh. For dinner, I had the 2 rib plate. They are lukewarm and not very tender fall off the bone ribs, very disappointed. The 2 sides I got were mashed potatoes and baked beans. Mashed potatoes were meh, and the baked beans were super sweet. Garlic bread was good and perfect toast Over all disappointed esp being a BBQ lover from Texas. So I’ll chalk some to being late but not an excuse. Waitress Amanda was great and stayed on top of my drinks and very friendly.

Came for my so’s birthday and we loved it. The loaded nachos were amazing. We also ordered a bonfire for 3 that was delicious! The waitress Erin was very sweet and attentive. We finished our experience with a delicious cheesecake and chocolate cake.

Took a minute to get seated as the restaurant was dead and the waitress/hostess was in back somewhere. Manager came out got us and another party seated expeditiously. Waitress was then friendly and welcoming. Great flavor on all food, plenty of everything, sweet tea lacks on the sweet . Overall very pleased with this location and the quality of everything.

My girlfriend has raved about this place for so long! But me being a chef, I don’t like to eat out much! She convinced me, and she was right!! Great prices, and amazing food! Bring friends because it’s a great place to share!! Also Tristen, my server was top notch! Made great suggestions and felt as if he was hanging with us for dinner! 5star
