If I could give lower than one star I would! The food is served luke warm at best . The chicken nuggets were stale and the fries tasted moldy. On numerous occasions this location is out of items that should be available. How is a fast food place out of fries or soft drinks? Have gone to this location several times and they are somehow out. This time they had and they were bad. What is going on?

This is the worst Wendy’s. I have had past issues here with screwed up orders but never in my wildest dreams did I expect them to just totally forget half our meal. I mobile ordered quite a bit of food and they made me wait on it for twenty minutes, then forgot half my meal. I got home to find that they had forgotten both my kids food, messed up two of the burgers, scrimped us on fries, and the fountain drinks were bitter tasting and had no syrup. Not to mention, the quality of the food was terrible. The drive thru here is entirely too slow and the inside is always either locked up or too dirty to dine inside. It’s a shame more pride isn’t taken in this establishment.

Convenient location, poor food quality and service. Long wait times with every visit. Uninterested staff. When ordering at the drive through today, I was told, “you want…. Wait…. Hold up…. Total at second window” after waiting 7 minutes at the second window I paid for my order, received my drinks with soda on the lid that spilled on me and my large French fry order was half full and half of them were completely cold and the other half room temperature. Horrible food quality and service. The Wendy’s in Princeton has superior service and food quality to this location. Skip the Melissa location.

This Wendy’s location consistently has no business and now I understand why. The employees seem depressed and ill equipped for customer service. One resembling a Bob’s burgers character asked if I wanted my ghost pepper chicken sandwich spicy or regular. I said it’s a ghost pepper sandwich and she repeated the question in a zombie like manner. Cold cheese on my sandwich and soggy cold buns made certain I will not return.

What is this? I ordered a number 11. Cost $10 and I am getting half a fry. Then you wait till I get to the window and you don’t give me the cookies or the Dr pepper. And wait till I get to the window and tell me there is no dp as if you were just never going to give me a drink that I ordered in the first place. I told the guy that hopped me. He didn’t care. Then so I pulled back through to order a medium fry and this is what I got. Are we for real right now? And I’m in my uniform… disrespectful.

My order was just barely correct enough for me to recognize it as my order, and there was a hair in it. I almost forgot about the hair until I saw another review stating they also had a hair in their order. So, I guess they put at least one hair in each order.

The door to the interior was locked from the outside, because they couldn’t find the key.. No signage for store hours. The only self-service soda machine was not carbonating properly. The self-serve ketchup pumps were out of order. The sales area lights were either off or 70% of the bulbs were out. No paper towels or hand-dryer in the restroom.

Ordered through the app last night. Got there to pick up our food and they tell us they dont have any chocolate Frostys, just strawberry. Since we paid through the app, they wont give a refund. The Manager suggested I call my bank. Am I supposed to tell the bank the Wendys in Melissa didnt have the kind of Frosty I wanted, so I need a refund. Right!!!
