I went in to this Wendy’s the other day and stood there waiting for someone to take my order. One of the workers was 3 feet from me. I finally asked if there was someone that could take our order. He explained to me that they weren’t taking anymore orders until some of their big orders cleared out! We just turned around and walked out. He hollered after us “Sorry for wasting your time!” So rude! I will not be back!

Ordered on the app as usual and went to pickup at 9:45. Was then told by the lazy staff and Manager that the store was closed and everything was shut down (meanwhile their posted hours say they are open until 12). As someone who also works in food service, that is a HUGE yikes. Stay opened until your hours say you close, otherwise, CHANGE YOUR HOURS. Not rocket science to run a restaurant well.
