Terrible! Apparently know ones how to read. There’s receipts for a reason. Kids… have no understanding whats going on. Day or night it doesn’t matter. They will ruin your order. And the fact that there’s a manager or someone whos has brain cells that can understand a order just allows the wrong order to go out is ridiculous. Its called quality assurance. Every “restaurant” has it. I would advise anyone traveling through to ignore this place. And others in the area. Ppl here dont care about your order.

I ordered the Bacon Jalepenos Fries, a 10 piece spicy nugget, and a small chili.
Small chili: it’s been about a year since I’ve had Wendy’s chili. This particular one tasted watered down.
Spicy chicken nuggets: I really was craving chicken nuggets, but the place I wanted to go was closed on Sunday. (You know who you are!) I’m glad I chose Wendy’s spicy nuggets because they were hot and delicious.
Bacon Jalepenos fries: not impressed. Why do they have to put really cheese and fake cheese on the same set of fries? It was a weird, powdery flavor and taste.
Not give stars, but this location was close to it.

I have not been to a Wendy’s in many years as there is no one convenient to where I live. My son has been a big SpongeBob fan for most of his life and he wanted to try the new Krabby Patty meal. When we went, it was not crowded. I think I was expecting a little more from the special meal than what we received. It seemed to be just a basic Wendy’s single with cheese, fries and a beverage along with a sheet of stickers. The stickers were really cool and my son took them to school.

Minutes ago I went to the restroom. I saw a Wendy’s worker come out of the bathroom and bypassed the sink!!! She rushed out of the bathroom and did NOT wash her hands! I was not standing in the way of her doing so.
I didn’t get a good look at her face but I hope they can get some training in the handwashing department and maybe more!
Oh yeah and I believe she went right behind the counter to serve others.
I hope she washed her hands then.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s in the DFW please avoid this place at all cost I went and spent 20 dollars and they hand me trash if they would of answered the phone I wouldn’t have to post this but I will be heard and I will be in contact with your DM or regional manager because clearly no one on the store level can handle my concerns please be honest about the rating they should have one star ⭐️ overall

I just got some food here. I ordered a Dave’s Triple, and some baconator fries. The patty’s tasted like they were sitting in grease, I don’t know if you guys make everything fresh to order or you just pre-make them…but yeah, it’s not sitting well with my stomach and I only got one slice of cheese on it instead of 3.
As for the fries, no seasoning, and the only thing warm-ish was the cheese. I was hoping to get hot, fresh food since I went up there rather than doing uber eats. Those fries were dead as hell. maybe 15 minutes if I had to take a guess on how old they were.
