I typically avoid fast food when possible, but this was a new location and I thought would give it a try. I went inside and was never greeted. I spoke to the cashier a couple of times before she ever spoke back.
The floor and counter were sticky as if a spill hadn’t been cleaned properly. The soda station was empty of lids and straws.
I asked for everything to be made fresh and she had my food bagged before I filled my cup. Needless to say items were not prepared fresh.
Comprehensive skills, hospitality and cleanliness are not requirements of this establishment by my experience. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are out of food options.

I visited the resturant on 12/24 and they were extremely busy. used the drive thru ordered 10 spicy nuggets and a Dave double (no lettuce, mustard instead of mayo). Simple right?
I live 1.3 mile from this location. Got home, unwrapped my food and found 6 nuggets instead of 10 and the burger was dry with pickles onions and tomatoes.
Trying to be understanding about the time of day (Christmas Eve around 645 pm) and how busy they were, I tried to call and the phone went to a recording , “this number is not accepting any calls”. Trying to be understanding, I decided to make do with what we had and figure I would go up after Christmas and explain the situation and get store credit on my next visit (I had the receipts). I talked to the manager and explained the situation and expected a I’m sorry this happened, I got, “YOU SHOULD HVE BOUGHT THE FOOD BACK”. What kind of answer or resolution is that? That made my blood boil because I thought I was being compassionate with the store volume on Christmas Eve. I was the one that got short changed.
With my blood pressure reaching stroke level, I grab my receipts off the counter, balled the up and throw in the trash in their lobby on front of the manager, signifying my anger and unappreciated patronage of this store.
I filed a complaint on Wendy’s website and have yet receive any communication.
So the moral of this story, I will not go this this Wendy’s again, PERIOD. I don’t care how convenient it is to my house, I will drive 5 mile in the opposite direction if I have to.

Worst place ever I ordered french stick combo and 2for3 off the drive thru screen everything was wrong when I received my order. I only received French sticks, sausage muffin, and no orange juice or potatoes with order. When trying to explain the lady didn’t understand me because she didn’t speak any English and when I asked for a manager she could not comprehend my request. Why have someone at a register who can’t properly input an order and can’t speak English it makes no sense…. No one in the building spoke English.

Annoyed. Thursday 1/15/26 at about 430pm the fat order taker in the window ate my receipt. I paid but didn’t get a receipt. I asked for 2 sour creams with my sour cream and chives potato I couldn’t get that. I actually visit this location often and everytime I ask for sour with my chilli I never get it, it’s so strange how customer service the service you provide to paid customers will absolutely break your revenue and say bye bye to profit. It’s Wendy’s it’s not that hard. I actually have a background in “bumping and sliding” in the service line … anywho managers check yourselves then check your team.

My granddaughter wanted to dine in, so I took her to eat side. We sat down and she immediately began to tell me what happened in her class. It was a funny story and we both chuckled. Her food was reasy before we finished laughing! Her burger was good she said and I was happy.

Never had a bad experience at this Wendy’s before until today. Ordered ahead of time but still had to wait like 10 mins. There were no other people there so I’m assuming it was made fresh. Everything was good for the most part until I got to my last breakfast sandwich. Accidents happen but this was the top of the sandwich… like you would see it when you go to wrap it………

Food was half cooked ,nuggets were cold. They gave me the wrong order at the window, end up having to give it back. I asked for ranch and received ketchup only. I ask for a 10 piece and only received 7. Got a frosty that looked NOTHING like the picture on the AI board having to pay $6. Let’s make it make sense here. Called the place never got a answer.

Went to get 2 burgers from there came home took 2 bites of my burger and went to take my third bite until I realize there was something in my burger, I went to pull out the two pieces of what looked like the bristle to the brush that they use to clean the grills. Been calling for 10 mins now and no one is answering the phone very sad. Would love for them to answer the phone so I can talk to a manger. To far to drive all the way back over there.

This is the last time I’m going to this place yesterday they got my order wrong and today they got my order wrong. I ordered french stick combo and 2for3 sausage muffin with season potatoes. They gave me a bag with just a muffin and French toast sticks no season potatoes with either order. I tried talking to the lady to explain situation but she didn’t understand me because she doesn’t speak English I asked for a manager and she couldn’t comprehend the request. It was a nightmare..

The people working by there don’t take your order an AI bot does and the AI bot gets the order wrong so you have to go up to the window and fix it and still talk to a person anyways. I love the irony of wasting more time.
