I just left Wendy’s drive-through. I placed an order and I asked them to make sure Everything was fresh. I only stay 7 minutes away from there maybe 10 there’s if that Ain’t
no way my burger should be cold or dry. So I called to speak to a manager. The only thing he can offer me was to come back and exchange the burger. The point of me eating out was to go home and eat it not to go back in exchange my food that should have already been hot. If I can rate them zero stars I would.

I Came In The Drive Thru And Got A Spicy Chicken Patty and They Gave Me An Old One So I Had To Go Into The Store To Let Them Know And The Manager a Hispanic Lady Told me “You Need To Wait 6 Minutes” she didn’t apologize or anything just basically said it in a rude way like oh well you’re gonna have to wait for a new one! This is not the first time that I have come to this location and they gave me old food to where I had to come all the way back to the restaurant!

Will never go back to this location. Did an online order and waited a looooong time for it. Finally went to the counter abd food had been sitting there for quite awhile. Then I was given the wrong food. The girl rebagged the food 3 times!!! There was so much tape it was ridiculous. The order was supposed to be eat in so after mentioning that they just added a tray for me to carry sans the food and drink. Finally got back to the table (about 20 min later) only to find that the sandwiches were not made to reflect the order so once again I went back to the counter and informed them that the order was still wrong. The girl asked for my receipt to verify what I ordered but unfortunately she never gave me my receipt when she did the whole bagging and rebagging. The tomato was not ripe, the lettuce was not ripe, the burger looked a little funky, etc etc etc

They changed the menu and removed my kiddos favorite sauce, the Sweet and Sour os no gone! It was the only sauce my kiddos ate, and now I have to figure out something else, and with their food allergies it’s going to take a hot minute!

Every time I go to the store, they seem to always be unhappy working. My order is constantly wrong and it’s not hard, I always ask for extra ranch on the asiago chicken sandwich and for some reason they always do the opposite. It’s very dry.

Paid for 2 Baconators, but only one had bacon on it. Went in with the receipt to try to correct the issue but Ruby (cashier) kept repeating that “it’s a single” and didn’t fix the problem. The staff in the prep area was saying the same thing. It was a waste of time trying to argue the point.

The lady at the window passing the food had a bad bad attitude and a sense of entitlement. Kept rolling her eyes and lacked professionalism after making a mistake. It didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. That’s not the customers fault.
