The night staff does not use gloves, and the night manager’s attitude is extremely unprofessional. He was rude to customers, and when my food came out cold, he acted irritated when I asked for it to be remade. He even slammed the drive-thru window in my face.
The vegetables on my sandwich were warm, they were out of most of their drink options, and I was charged for sauces—even though I never received the free one that normally comes with the meal. To make things worse, the bathrooms didn’t have any tissue.
This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and cleanliness.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences ever! My dad, who is older, placed an order through the Wendy’s app, and DoorDash was supposed to deliver it. When something went wrong with the delivery, he went up to the store in person to try to figure out what happened and get some help.Instead of getting assistance or basic respect, the manager, Jose, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional toward him. My dad explained that he had ordered through the app and was just looking for clarification or a solution, but Jose acted as if it was a problem to even talk to him. Rather than showing empathy or customer service, he made my dad feel like he was bothering them for simply asking about his order. During the situation, Jose called a woman over the phone my dad couldn’t remember if her name was Monica or Maria who seemed to be a GM or someone higher up. Even with her on the phone, the problem wasn’t handled professionally at all. Jose was speaking to her in Spanish, trying to translate parts of the conversation, but there was zero effort to make things right. Instead, my dad was met with attitude and disrespect from both sides. It’s unacceptable to treat any customer this way, let alone someone older who was calm and just wanted help. When I went to the store myself afterward, I saw exactly the man my dad described. The receipt listed the name “Yair,” but employees were calling him “Chino.” If you’re a manager, why lie about your name? That’s a huge red flag it’s dishonest and unprofessional. If someone is willing to lie about something that small, it makes you question what else they’re not being truthful about, especially when it comes to customers’ orders or money.
This whole experience left a terrible impression. The lack of accountability, respect, and honesty from management is truly disappointing. My family and I have been coming to this Wendy’s location for years, and under previous management, we never had issues. The old managers and GMs were polite, honest, and cared about the customers. But clearly, with this new team, that level of care is gone. No one deserves to be treated this way especially an elderly customer just trying to understand what went wrong with an order he paid for. This location desperately needs new leadership and proper training in customer service, respect, and professionalism. Until then, they’ve lost our business completely. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from start to finish. Should’ve gone straight to corporate the first time. Shameful service!
I don’t like leaving reviews like this , but if I could give this meal a half a star, I would. Very disappointed.
Almost every time I visit, my food is either wrong, missing, or undercooked. My chicken strips are constantly undercooked to the point where they’re inedible, and I always end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time for basic items like fries, nuggets, or burgers. This happens whether the store is busy or not it’s like nobody in the kitchen knows what’s going on.
The worst part is the management. The General Manager, Nataly, is extremely unprofessional and doesn’t seem to care about the customers or the store. Every time I’ve seen her interact with staff, she’s rude and dismissive, like everyone’s an inconvenience. The shift leader, Yari, who is a male, isn’t much better he’s disorganized, short-tempered, and clearly doesn’t know how to handle his team or the rush. The entire crew seems stressed and confused, which shows in the terrible service.
This location used to be great when the old GM was running things, everything was smooth. The food was always fresh, hot, and correct. The staff looked like they actually enjoyed their jobs, and the place ran like it should. Ever since the management changed, it’s been chaos every single time I come here.
I’ve given this store multiple chances, hoping it would get better, but it’s only gotten worse. If something doesn’t change soon, I’ll be taking this issue to HR and Wendy’s corporate headquarters directly. It’s unacceptable to pay for food that’s raw, cold, or incomplete, and then have to deal with rude, careless management on top of it.
This location seriously needs to be reviewed and corrected before more customers stop coming altogether.
It’s 2025 there’s no reason a company like Wendy’s shouldn’t be able to refund the card used for a mobile order. The whole experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I will not be returning to this location and highly recommend trying a different Wendy’s to avoid the hassle.
The portion is even smaller than small fries
Looks like they didn’t want to make a new bunch
