Ordered something simple as a baconator fry and spicy nuggets. Mind you I came through the drive through at the 10:30pm the establish is open until 2am yet they just threw my food together then have the nerve to not even answer their store phone!!! Cheese not melted on the fries no liquid cheese just sloppy presentation all together totally not what I ordered.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever ordered from! The manager needs to be let go. I ordered a small fry, Jr. bacon cheeseburger, and chili with hot sauce and onions. As I pulled up to the window, I asked the female manager if I could have one BBQ sauce and was told in a nasty way that next time she would charge me 50 cents. Since when are we not able to have one packet of sauce? It’s not like I needed five! After reading other recent reviews, I’m realizing I’m not the only one she’s been nasty to or who has had food issues.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wendy’s. First, the drive-thru employee acted like she absolutely hated her job—zero professionalism or courtesy. But the worst part? The lettuce on my burger was ROTTEN. How is this even acceptable? Is no one trained to check the quality of the food before serving it to customers? This kind of carelessness is not only unappetizing but also downright unsanitary. I expect better from a place that serves food . If this is the standard, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Sorry Wendy’s. You’ve lost my business for good. But it’s for customer service, not quality of the food. My nuggets meal should not have cost $20 plus dollars, so I had to correct the drive-thru guy on that. And then you give me my food and shut the window. I had to practically knock on the window to get my drink. And then you don’t even put any sauce in the bag to go with my nuggets. But I have five spoons and five straws. Thank you for that. Never going back.

Mobile order and they made us wait 20 minutes. Several cars have already gone through the drive thru and we’re still waiting for our order. You would think that they were going to at least get it right but they were missing a lot of things from our order. This will be the last time I am ordering from this location. Wendy’s quality of service has gone down. No wonder they’re closing a lot of locations. Sad!

I recently visited Wendy’s and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—especially the fries and the burger. The restaurant was clean and well organized. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Wendy’s for good food and great service!

Mariana is rude as hell and ridiculous spent $52 dollars and can’t get 1 BBQ sauce. I guess this Wendy’s is broke you would think after $52. 00 dollars they would give you sauce instead of wanting to charge 0.52 cents each I just gave you $50 dollars.

I rarely do reviews, but the burger had zero taste. The fries had no salt on it. The guy tossing food out of the window with no service. I’ve been burned by this place before. Not coming back.
