Had a great experience at Wendy’s today. I ordered a taco salad and didn’t realize it comes with meat. When the staff handed it to us and noticed the issue, they immediately changed it for us without any hesitation or questions.
The service was quick, friendly, and genuinely considerate. It’s small gestures like this that really make a difference and show great customer care. Really appreciated the kindness and professionalism. Will definitely be coming back!

Wendy’s consistently delivers on quality and taste! I stopped by recently and was blown away by how fresh everything was—from the crisp lettuce on my Dave’s Single to the perfectly seasoned fries. The staff was friendly especially rojelio, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I also love that they offer healthier options like baked potatoes and salads, along with the Frosty, which is always a must-have. It’s clear they care about their food and their customers. Easily one of my favorite fast-food spots!

Ordered Dave Double combo. Received the wrong order. When called to speak with the manager…the manager was not there. I asked to speak with someone that spoke English, they hung the phone up. I hardly ever visit fast food places, but since the weather was bad, I needed to stop near my house. The advertisement about their new and improved fries, turned out ‘not true’…the fries taste like they are using old grease. Just awful. Never again will this location get my money..the time before this, was about 6 months ago…they messed my order up then. They just can’t seem to get it right. I wish the corporate or district office would intervene to ensure that hiring the right people is implemented.

The Bourbon Baconator Cheese Burger double meat is awesome but i would have loved at least 1 layer of veggies to balance out the meat. The Jalapeños Salad is sour and tangy for those who love salad with a sour twist.
