The meat at the counter was grey and clearly needed to be thrown out. The store was dirty. The employee behind the counter was rude. And to top it all off had the worst bout of food poisoning of my life for 2 days after eating here. It’s not just gross it is dangerously unclean. Don’t ever eat here

Owner was very kind & came out to help me with a flat tire when he saw I was struggling with the gas station air pump (which was malfunctioned & was letting air out of my tire instead of in, ended up with a completely flat tire). He came out with a portable pump & stood there with me until my tire was completely aired up again. (Took about 15 mins & it was freezing cold out). Tried to give him $ for the help but he wouldn’t accept it. Very kind man! Didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked nice & clean!

So we walked into the subway right? And the worker was literally sleeping and it was the ONLY worker there like I went outside and screamed so the worker could maybe wake up cause I needed my subway anyways and then he didn’t wake up so I just started saying excuse me sir multiple times and nothing so I would say no don’t go to the location. Also if the manager or someone sees this I was at this location at 2:00 ish on July 28 2025

This place is good when the workers are doing what are suppose to do and not go on a tangent about work. On their tangent about being the only one in the store and trying to get things done when no one is here, he messed up my sandwich when he rolled it up in the wrap. One of my my meatballs came out of my sandwich and he knew he did that. Just shrugged and went on to ring up my order. I then asked to substitute my chips for cookies. As he rang up my order, more people came in and went to help them after I paid but forgot my cookies. When I asked about my cookies he sighed angrily and asked which ones I wanted. Told him what I wanted. When I arrived home to eat, discovered the meatball that fell out of my sandwich and that the cookies I asked for where not what I asked.

Usually great, but today was unacceptable. The employee was extremely uncaring, impolite, unengaged, and short with us. The food was just as bad. Hard bread, skimpy toppings, and clearly no regard for toasting. High dollar, low quality. Hard to mess up a subway sandwich, but obviously a bad employee can do it well.

Poor quailty and customer service/satisfaction.
Picked up 2 12 inch subs on wheat. Once I got home for us to eat we found the bread was NOT FRESH OR SOFT! Never had this happen at any other Subway ever. Since that was our meal and we didnt want to make a trip back on half we removed the inside ingredients added lettuce we had on hand for our meal. We took the remaining subs back to the store the next day while we were running other errands. The staff was rude and did not offer replacement or refund. We will not be going to this Subway store ever again and will warn our friends and family.
