This is a Wendy’s that I stop by frequently because it’s conveniently off of the highway on my usual route. My orders are usually fresh and the inside of the building is always clean.
I stopped by yesterday 3/4/26 to just use the restroom. I didn’t need to order food because it was my son’s birthday and we already had plans for dinner.
When I seen the sign, I walked over to the front counter to speak with the cashier to see if I could possibly get inside even though I did not need anything that day. And I was not. She said I had to be a customer… Which, I am. I just didn’t need to make a purchase yesterday and I wasn’t about to buy something I didn’t need just to use the restroom, so I left.
I understand the rules, however, I’ve stopped by this location for years and this situation has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning to this location.

Employee by name of Glory was very rude to me and my colleague. It was her whole demeanor. Will not be coming to this location in the near future. The food was great and place was clean. Customer service need’s improving.

The service was great even though I see negative reviews about the service. My experience with the employees was good.
The floors were clean as well as the restroom. Overall this was a great place. The only thing I didn’t like too much was my sandwich. But that could just be my personal preference.

Manager was extremely rude and lied to me that a QR scan didn’t work when it clearly accepted my T-Mobile promo as it was no longer showing in either the T-Mobile or Wendy’s app after I showed her and had her scan the QR code
She claimed the promo was only for mobile orders when it clearly stated click here to “use in restaurant” that’s what I used to generate the QR code she scanned in the store, then proceeded to lie to me that it didn’t work
Realizing she lost the argument after being called out she snatched a sandwich from under a heat lamp, hastily stuffed it in a bag and shoved it to me on the counter and walked away
I was going to add fries and a drink (the whole idea behind such a promotional partnership) however I won’t be frequenting this one again even though it’s convenient from where I work
I told her how rude she was being and that there would be a complaint, didn’t seem to do anything but make her show even less desire to rectify the situation
The only correct thing about this situation was the bag she gave me perfectly matches her attitude

Been eating at Wendy’s all my life I’m 39. They just barely started charging $.52 for barbecue sauce. I’m never eating it at Wendy’s again in my life that’s crazy for one thing of barbecue sauce 50 Cent and they were rude about it. Good job Wendy’s nice knowing you

It’s understandable if sales associates don’t have answers to the app and offers in store- a manager should have answers to most questions if not all. Disappointed with the managers bad attitude, lack of knowledge, and the willingness to help customers. “Yeah, ummm, I don’t know what to tell you” is not something you would expect from a so called “manager”. And for the cherry on top – the patty in the middle was cold and the nuggets/fries not fresh! Great job guys!

We sent our kids to go to the restroom before heading through the drive thru, because they’d been stuck in the car on a road trip. They refused to allow them to go to the restroom beforehand. I purchased a drink inside, just so they could go. And decided to get food elsewhere.

Loved the shops here, laid back atmosphere, dog mascots laying around in the stores, cute places to eat and play there as well. Lots of brands like Southern Marsh, S Fried Cotton, and Life is Good. People were nice and friendly as well.

I just got 4 chicken sandwiches from this place. One completely raw. Had to wait long time to even get this and picked up raw chicken. Tiried call 3-4 times and nobody picked up. Been here another time and had to wait 30 min at the drive thru. I would give a zero rating if it was available. Also will report to health department.
