My ole’ Lady Fancy and I have a pretty clean diet, but once a week on Sunday we come to Wendy’s so she can have her splurge sugar fix on a Frosty and fries. We’ve been doing this pretty regular for about 8 months. Over the last 3 months we’ve noticed a slip in service and quality of food. Today was just over the top poor customer service. To start with I sat at the speaker for like 90 seconds in an empty drive-thru, and still didn’t get prompted by an employee until I exclaimed, “huh, hello!”. After he placed me on another hold, he took my order. I ordered a Oreo brownie fusion, a medium, and a large fry. He told me he couldn’t make a brownie fusion, but he could make me an Oreo brownie, yeah, you read that right. Then I guess they were out of large fry cartons? Oh, okay that’s fine I guess give me a medium, I said. So, I get up there pay get my Frosty and my fry and he shuts the window real quick like. We noticed we don’t have a spoon and the fries are quite a bit less than stellar(we only get good Hot fresh about 50-60% of the time). I ended up honking twice and knocking on the window twice(I know she heard and noticed me after the first honk) then some bitter looking RBF looking manager pokes her head out the window and ask me what I needed. “A spoon please ma’am” I had politely asked. She shut the window walk to the back came back and told me that they don’t have any spoons and sorry about my luck and shut the window. I can imagine she sets the atmosphere for her fellow teammates I’m sure she’s probably responsible for the overall decline in our satisfaction over the last few months, it’s a shame we like Wendy’s.

A recent visit to Wendy’s in Durant, Ok., my nuggets were cold and the fries were limp and room temp.
In finding out the biggy bag had increased $1, now $6 instead of $5.
It wouldn’t be so bad if the food was hot.

They don’t make it until you order. So you have to wait a bit. But it is always worth it. The spicy chicken sandwich is a favorite of ours as well as their burgers.

I was on a road trip & needed to stop to go to the bathroom. This Wendy’s was dirty & the door was stuck open. Really a nasty bathroom. I wanted to grab a bite, but after that bathroom appearance, I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me. Management needs to get control of this. Wendy’s franchise should be notified. It’s a very bad rep on the Wendy’s brand. I really hate to leave a bad review, but it desperately needs to be remedied.

Came here last night and I order 2 biggie bags for me and my daughter and this is a horrible place to go and eat. the burgers were cold like they pre-made them cheese wasn’t even melted And the fries were ice cold and the chicken nuggets had HAIR COOKED in them and called back this morning and talked to Dawn and she said she’s a “GM” and she said she there last night And basically they are Not going to do anything about it and I forgot that The drinks had ice in them and I ordered NO ice. 1 star thorough and through never coming here again!

Not happy. Wife picked up dinner from the drive through.
Got 6 Miles away and discovered the hamburgers were missing.
Goes back to get them and leaves feeling that nobody cared that they screwed up.
Got home and discovered that we were also missing the chili.
Not happy.

The food is always cold and fries wet and cold. They just don’t care what they are serving. It has been this way for years. They should close if you want a frosty most of the time only one machine is not working. Disgrace to the Wendy community

This Wendy’s was amazing! The staff working at night on 09/17 did a fantastic job. They were friendly, handled everything with care and the food was very fresh and cooked to perfection. My fiancée and I were driving to Texas from Kansas and this Wendy’s has been hands down the best one we’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend!!

Filthy! Employees wearing pajama pants at 2pm! Fries were clearly from lunch rush. Wendy’s used to be my favorite hamburger place. I will NEVER EVER go again! So sad!

Haven’t been by in awhile because last experience wasn’t great tried again today and once again got refried fries not fresh and not even salted very disappointing especially because it was a slow time and there’s no reason to not make fresh food they had time to take a smoke break out back but not make food properly
