Girl at the drive through needs to get a different job if she dosent like this one enough to be nice to customers. I get that it’s hard to be on your feet when pregnant but at the very least learn how to talk with a better tone to customers. I’ll never be coming back.

Food was so so, not that good. My wife had single which was dry, stale buns and fries were cold. I had baconator which was ok, I’ve had better. They should all taste the same but apparently not. I also had pub fries which were good, but for the money, not so much. Thank you.

Food is good, but the soda machine didn’t have all the flavors available. The eating area was decently clean. Also, maybe ask if the customer would like the frosty while they wait or, if they prefer to get the frosty with their meal. Some people like to do the fries in the frosty. If they get the frosty 1st, either it’ll be melted or eaten before the food/ fries get there.

We went thru drive thru and ordered one 4 for $4, two $5 biggie bags and one $6 bag and then drove home 15 miles to find that we were charged for those items but received four of the 4 for $4 bags instead. Not happy at all with the Durant Wendy’s, it actually used to be a good place to go.

The place was empty. Our food was so poor in quality. The taste of the meat was bad, we can see that they reused the meat because it was burned several times. We told them that the burgers were bad and they didn’t care because they gave us the same thing. Even though they were hidden because when we get out all the staff was at alley.

We were the only people in the Wendy’s close to lunchtime, and our hamburgers had hard bread and were cold. The Frosties were wonderful! We will choose another place to eat the next time we visit Durant, OK.

The bun on the burger was hard and cold. The burger tasted disgusting. The fries were extremely salty. They gave us the wrong drink. The employees were friendly but with how terrible the food was I won’t eat here for a very long time.
