I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the burgers we received were inedible. The burger meat was held way too long in the warmer and microwaved to sell our order. The meat tasted really bad (not rotten) just (old). The cook should have known not to sell it and the Manager needs to do line checks for quality control. The young man and lady in the drive thru were super friendly, professional, had great customer service skills and deserved a shout out. I will try this place again soon and hopefully be able to change my 2 stars to 5

Worst cheeseburger experience ever! I asked the guy working (who I think was a manager), to simply toast the buns on my burger, and he acted like I was trying to give him a hard time. This guy didnt seem like he liked his job and that’s usually a red flag whenever I order food. Once I got the burger, I noticed that the cheese wasn’t even melted and the meet was cold, hard and also tasted bad. The fries were extremely cold and burned, and he didnt even take the time to cook them fresh and hot after I was nice to him when I placed my order. When I tell people about my experience, most of them say that Braum’s has good hamburgers, but I totally disagree because this isn’t the first time I have gotten a bad burger from there. My friend was there to witness this entire deal and now I know why she didn’t order anything. I don’t like writing bad reviews and if a manager at this location would like to rectify my bad experience, I will take this review down. However, if no one contacts me from Braum’s, I will never do business with them again.

I enjoy coming here weekly when I need milk and frozen yogurt from the fresh market. The employees are friendly most of the time. I only give 3 stars for the times that I get my order incorrect. On Friday night, the banana split that I ordered did not come with the almonds that it was supposed to have. I also ordered the #4 4-Cheese burger combo, which is my favorite meal from Braum’s. However, the burger does not come with bacon, and at the end of my burger, there was burnt bacon stuck to the end of my burger. That wasn’t cool. Plus, when I ordered a banana split Thursday afternoon in the drive-thru, my scoops of ice cream were half of the baseball-size scoops that customers are supposed to receive. Additionally, the whipped cream was melted, and the split was poorly put together. I hope that this Braum’s can do better from now on, so that I don’t have to drive out of my way to a different Braum’s.

Freshest fast food around also the best pricing for any “fast food” you just can’t beat getting a milk shake in place of your soft drink with no extra charge and don’t even get me started on how nice the A2 milk is staff is wonderful as well nore polite and accommodating than Chick fila in my opinion

Worst customer service I came through the drive-through twice and first time the guy who was taking my order, decided to yell at me because he was taking forever, and I just say excuse me and he decide to yell at me this second time I came the lady gave me the wrong order and I told her I’m sorry this is not what I order and she just took the receipt out of my hand all aggressive and making faces at me I will never come here. I have my own business and I always drive through this street looking for something to cool me off but I know other Braum’s ice in Oklahoma that they have better service this one on this area really really needs some help new management new customer service training definitely

Stopped at Braum’s in OKC during a road trip 2 months ago, and I cannot get over it. This place nails the burger-and-ice-cream combo. The ¼ lb. Cheeseburger was flavorful, with crisp lettuce and a fresh bun, though the crinkle fries were a tad soggy. Their ice cream, was the real deal—my Chocolate Chunk scoop was rich and creamy, and the $2 Hot Fudge Sundae was pure indulgence. Staff was welcoming, service was snappy, and the place was spotless. Picked up some butter from their market for the road. Awesome stop, but crispier fries would seal the deal!
