My sister and I are Hot Shot drivers and stop by the Wendy’s location in elk city whenever we are passing through town on I 40. It is a very convenient stop for us and we can always count on the food being delicious! The menu is always exciting with new things being added. With the weather being cold, the chili or baked potatoes are awesome! The burgers in chicken cannot be beat! BUT what we enjoy more than anything is the friendly service and atmosphere there. After being on the road all day, being greeted by the girls at the drive-through window always makes our day! They are always so friendly with a kind word and the biggest smiles!

Went through the drive thru at 9pm. My cheeseburger was cold, as were the fries. The chicken nuggets were fine. Had we not said something, they would have forgotten my frosty. Only reason I’m being “generous” with my star rating is because the bathroom was clean. I stopped in there before going through the drive thru. None of the employees said hi or smiled while I was in there. They were not busy.

i’m only writing this review because me and my husband just wanted something quick for us and a few friends , and as my husband was trying to order the girl running the drive thru cut him off to give him his total in a very rude tone , she also acted like she couldn’t be bothered , god forbid someone has to do they’re job . she was very rude and unprofessional. the food is whatever. but i’d appreciate trying to order food and not having someone interrupt me to give me my order in a rude tone.

I always stop at Wendy’s when I go to elk city oklahoma. I have always had good service. Today, not so much. My order was messed up twice, rude service and unprofessional employees. If you cant be friendly find another job. Wont be back for a good while.

I went to this location around 1:50pm and recieved the best service. I ordered a Dave’s single, 10 pc. Spicy nuggets, and a large cherry Dr. Pepper and used my Wendy’s rewards. The speed of service was under 2 minutes at least since I was the only person in drive thru and immediately recieved my food as I got there. The burger is one of the best burgers I’ve recieved from a Wendy’s and the nuggets were fresh. It was a 10/10 experience for me and I will definitely come back to this location again!!

Hannah said that she would take care of everything. If we could get somebody To pick up a fresh order. She said that she was so sorry about the mistake and that she would fix it. And even throw in a frosty
She’s a good customer service. Representative was recently made a manager and can go far in this company. People like her are very few and far between. Thank you, Hannah. We got our order at 9:50 pm and it was perfect. I also want to shout out to Dasher Stevi she was so awesome to go back and get the new order. Thank you ladies!!!!!

(12-11-25 5:00 pm) As I pulled up to the order speaker there were 2 employees and another person passing a Marijuana cigarette around them. I then had to repeat my order twice and when I got to the window. I ordered a Dave’s lemonade and a #8 grilled chicken. They gave me a Dr.pepper at first until I corrected them and they also gave me crispy chicken. The employees were friendly though.

Mannnn, forgot my chicken sandwich at first. Had to drive all the way back to get it. Got home to find mustard on my baconator, the girls that ran the drive thru were extremely rude & unprofessional. Called to get a refund because they messed up so much, & I live in Sayre, 15 miles away. Told me to drive back to get it replaced again. Wild experience, I’ll never set foot in here again.

Just left drive through while traveling. Cheeseburger was so dry, I threw it away. Spicy nuggets and fries were both old, cold and chewy…threw them out. Nothing we got was made fresh. Coke was good, that is all I can give you.
