Showed up at the restaurant 3 mins before opening and was told we needed to wait as they were not yet open. We sat and watched the hostess and servers just stand around doing nothing. At 1 min to opening another couple showed up and were also turned away after being told they were not yet open. We watched for the last minute as the hostess and servers continued to stand around doing nothing. After the last minute passed we were seated. Seemed a bit ridiculous but it is what it is. The food is just ok. The service was friendly but if you needed anything you’d have to search for your server as we ended up having to do. I drink a lot of water and one of the ways I like to test service is to see how well they are able to keep my water full. I drank my water not long after being seated and never got a refill. It may have just been the day but this place left a pretty poor impression from beginning to end.

J-pot was an incredible dining experience for me and my friends! We came in and they had a 10 minute wait for us (not bad at all considering how many people were in line) and they worked really fast! We got boba and Dominic at the stand was very kind and told us his favorite drinks and they were delicious! We were then sat down and Alejandro our server was thorough and helped us find what we thought was going to taste the best! The food came out way faster than we imagined and it was all so delicious! The customer service here is incredible and I felt great leaving a tip for my server. 10/10 would come back here again.

We were seated, nice front person. Waitress took a while to get our drink order, we ordered the second she came. Our food was around an hours wait. The party next to us got there food within 15 mins from ordering. If I asked for something the waitress would take awhile getting it to us. We had no spoons but our jpots sat at the table. We asked them to turn the fans on outside so the flies wouldn’t bother us, waitress said she would ask but they never turned them on. We left after paying our bill.

Food is always really good, I recommend the Spicy Teriyaki Dry Pot as it resembles a spicy ramen bowl with sea food and vegetable options. The loaded gyozas are specifically my favorite as these are so good. Seating feels really private as the booths have walls separating them and the noise level is moderate even when the restaurant is full

It’s a great place for celebrations and just a nice night out. Food is great, and there is a lot to choose from. Service is also great, they are very attentive even when its busy. Our server today, Alejandro, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Its such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Definitely check it out when shopping in Riverpark.

My boyfriend and I had our first visit to J-pot, and I have to say, our server Brandon was fantastic—definitely a 10 out of 10! He was super polite and very helpful, answering all our questions and giving us the best recommendations. The food was delicious and truly exceptional! My server Joy C. Was wonderful! It was my first time dining here and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I ended up ordering the grilled squid and Gyoza as an appetizer both delicious! Also she recommended a hot pot that was amazing. Will be going back.

Delicious!! Gave it a try in the middle of the day on a Friday and it was no wait at all.
The lamb skewer bento box was so worth it, and the matcha strawberry matcha latte with boba was AMAZING.
My server was really kind and attentive too, her name was Amy. She helped me get just what I wanted plus some free orange slices as a palette cleanser.
For one person getting a fancy boba + an extra side, it was a little over $34. But well worth it for a great meal.

Not bad though…if you are craving a nice hot soup for this cold weather!
While the lil personal fire stoves are eye catching, i didnt like that I couldnt control the heat options. I also didnt like that it was a flat wide pot instead of a deeper soup pot.
I like that they have a boba bar inside though!
