Went to this location and was placing an order through the drive thru. The young lady was taking our order initially and which she was doing a very good job being clear and concise. Then while ordering just an extra side drink. Which was a lemonade mixed with sprite like we USUALLY order any other time we come. Well the same young lady who was taking the order was rudely interrupted by who I assume was the manager, says we can’t mix any drinks. Well that’s funny reason being that’s the exact same way we order that particular drink. The older lady who normally works the drive thru has said while just making conversation that’s the EXACT same way she makes hers. If you’re going to lie to a customer you probably should make sure that it’s a good lie.

slowest restaurant ever. placed a mobile order and got to the drive thru 5 minutes later… sat at the window waiting for 20 minutes for my order. a 20 minute wait for a dry burger and a lemonade is genuinely ridiculous then they messed up my order twice. mind u my lunch period is only 30 minutes. idk if this location understaffed or just buns, or if it’s just a choctaw thing bc the sonic be trifling too

Ordered 2 biggie bags and a baconator meal , the girl on the drive through was polite , asked what kind of dipping sauce but never put it in the bag . Both times I’ve been to this location they didn’t have ice , my drink was luke warm and not very enjoyable . My wife’s chicken sandwich literally only had a piece of chicken and two pieces of bread and nothing else . My son’s baconator meal literally still had frozen fries served to him . Bottom line is this Wendy’s is the problem with the world , 3 orders and can’t get one of them correct .

Horrible service. Waited in an empty drive thru for 20 min and all I kept getting told was to wait. It’s called fast food not wait until we’re ready food. We have places to be. Very horrible and rude service. I ended up leaving and going to taco bell

Should have been a clue not to dine here when we walked in. No AC, food on the sticky floor. The girl at the counter seemed to like her job but everyone else was in zombie mode. One employee even stated loudly “I only have an hour and 43 minutes left” I asked about the AC because it was cooler outside than in and was told it was a maintenance issue. Started to question that when I noticed nothing was right like the TV and fireplace was off and unplugged, the soda machine was out of most product and disgustingly filthy, catsup was empty on 1 side, no cups for the catsup, no catsup packs and dining area was a mess. This place is buried in 1 star reviews. Think before you eat here.

Second time visiting this location, second time the order was wrong. Ordered 5 meals, and two of the five were correct. Tragedy… held off on my first review, unfortunately this will be my last stop here. Shame.. not many Wendy’s near me, so having to drive 30 minutes to be served the wrong food (overcharged at this point. $4 difference between one of the meals ordered and what was received instead.) and we didn’t get our receipt!

On 24th, a man came out and waited awhile and no one was inside. I went inside. An employee was listening music at the table. There were 5 employees came out after employee at table said there people here. You need fired people that were there.

Horrible experience. Had to wait at the drive thru when no one else was there. Only to see that there were 4 employees just standing around. Person working the drive thru was rude and unprepared. We had to ask for our drinks AFTER we had been given our food. And then our order was incorrect tomato and extra pickles missing from sandwiches.

We assumed the owner must live out of state because one walk thru the place shows it needs a deep clean, training refresh and better expectations of staff.
