Really unhappy lately with the baristas here consistently making my drink wrong and then acting like it’s a huge deal when I ask them to make my $7 drink the way I ordered it. This time they added cream in my drink instead of the cold foam and when I told them it was wrong they just dumped cold foam on top. That is not standard. It’s lazy work.

I’m a regular customer and order the same coffee every day. However, there have been many times when the coffee tasted terrible and completely different from what I usually get. Customer Service was fantastic! However, like any good American would, I judge most places based on their bathroom. This Starbucks had a very stylish and phenomenally clean restroom! Modern lighting, newer appliances, and decorative tile. 10/10 would pee here again!

This Starbucks is so sweet for the efforts in the community. Today for Thanksgiving they did a potluck with a FULL Thanksgiving meal for anyone who doesn’t have a place to go or all the food to cook.
And yes, it is right next to the high school and therefore high schoolers are there a looot. But treating high schoolers with respect and allowing them to spend lunch there/study there is not bad.
Overall one of the best Starbucks in the city to be honest. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and kind. They seem to genuinely care about the surrounding community. And they are consistent with the Starbucks products.

Came for a coffee date with a colleague and the drinks were great, but the place was overrun with 15-20 rowdy highschoolers. Don’t come here if you’re expecting a quiet place to chat or work! They appear to be allowed to hang out as long as they like, even having pizza and McDonald’s delivered before leaving a mess. A group of the boys were vaping and screeching in the bathroom and taking over the entire atmosphere of the place. Really unfortunate way to ruin a beautiful new location! Drinks were great and staff was friendly but needs an anti-loitering-hooligans plan. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Was a very disappointed experience, there was no greeting when I came in , the cashier seemed mad and my order was taken asked for my name and when it was ready I wasn’t notified and another order came before mine when mine was already there without my name being called and my coffee getting cold. I just don’t understand why ask for a name if the employee is not going to called it
