I usually have no trouble getting good food here, but there’s a female manager there tonight that was quite rude. Rude to me. I got my junior bacon cheeseburger. The bun was hard. It didn’t have the regular lettuce on it. It had shredded lettuce. It was very disappointing and then the fact that she was rude was even more disappointing so I will only be coming back there now for chili and I wouldn’t be going back there at all if it wasn’t for I like Wendy’s chilling. It’s the only Wendy’s near me.

Not sure why but the lettuce looked 5 days old, and there was literally a BLACK sludgy spot. They also messed up my father in laws order. First time going to this Wendy’s ever and unfortunately will be the last. The fries were old and we ordered lots of fries. And the nuggets were old. Basically if you want fresh fast food, do NOT come to this location.

Have gotten breakfast here MULTIPLE TIMES at 7:15/7:20. Went this morning 10/24 and was told they don’t open until 8… ummm?? Google says you are open and I’ve gotten breakfasts here before. Not to mention she was kinda rude about it.

The workers are rude. She rushed me through ordering and acted put out that I was ordering food for 4 people. “Anything else?” after every item I ordered as if she was super annoyed. Then gave me my caesar salad with no dressing. Didn’t notice till we were back on the road so I didn’t get to eat. Should have gone to Braum’s.

Ordered food at about 5:20 on the mobile app and did not get up to the window until 5:35 so it took 15 minutes to move three car lengths. By the time we got our food 30 minutes later, the fries were hard and cold, we couldn’t eat a burger because it was inedible, the nuggets were cold, and they gave my type one diabetic mother non diet coke when she specifically ordered diet coke.

Probably wouldn’t eat here unless you’re up to date on your vaccinations. While standing in line to order we watched the fry/nugget guy wipe the snot from his nose multiple times. Not wearing any gloves and then turn around bare handed and grab fries and nuggets and eat them. Counted 10 nuggets and at least a dozen fries before we got to the counter. I brought it to the attention of the adult at counter and they seem offended I brought it up. Looks to be several managers here and not a person has gloves on while handling the food. Eat at your own risk people. It’s obvious current management doesn’t care about food quality or safety. The lady in pic put gloves on but watched the kid continue to eat fries and nuggets bare handed even while we sat and ate.
