The food was amazing. We normally eat ramen at a popular places off of magnolia and and west 7th….. this was by far, so much better. The tonkatsu ramen was amazing and rich. The spicy miso is the best we have ever had. The pork buns were so good that my kids ate them before I snagged a picture. The service provided by Rhona was exceptional. We will definitely be driving back from Aledo to eat her. Great service, great food and great prices.

Ramen and sushi?! Yes please! They had a great selection of ramen and sushi. We started off with a bit of wait time and our waiter was sure to inform us they were short staffed due to one employee becoming ill. It did show but their ability to keep us served while taking care of others was still impressive!
We started the night off with the sesame balls, great choice for dessert as well. Had a great nutty flavor and the rice was a pleasing chewy consistency with the red bean past to give it some sweetness to it all. Everyone at the table agreed they could eat about 5 servings of those alone.
Moving on to the entrees, sushi was the tuna lover and monster roll. The tuna lover had fantastic fish with a slight fat content and absolutely no fishy flavor and a wonderful smooth texture. The sauce on it was spicier than expected but was a perfect addition to the roll. Now the monster roll was great as well, creamyness of the cream cheese and avocado melts in your mouth as the temporua outside gives it that crunch to satisfy all senses. The pickled ginger was a great way to cleanse you pallet and appreciated the slight burn it had.
Now on to the ramen, Miso and shoyu. The shoyu had a nice light broth that allowed the pork to really shine along with the egg this was a great way to satify, the noodles were fantastic at holding the broth as you lap them up and there was no shortage of fillings in the broth.
Miso had a deep and richer flavor almost close to a bone broth. Packed a bit of a punch with the chilli oil but with the egg and noodles mixed in was a match made in heaven for a great bowl of ramen as well.
Thank you staff of Hokkaido, you’ve made an excellent first impression on this Asian food lover. Ready to try you guys again and again!

Everything was phenomenal from the service and smiles to the sashimi and ramen! Ingredients were all super fresh and presented beautifully! The Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer was the perfect amount of spicy, crispy and succulent, the yellowtail melted in my mouth, the spicy tuna roll was amazing and the spicy miso ramen packed a perfect punch!

This place was great. We started with crab Rangoon, and it was some of the best I’ve ever hadThe spicy beef ramen was amazing, and the huge beef rib on top of the ramen was a nice bonus. The Texas crunch roll was also great. Those 2 dishes were enough to feed me and my wife and still had some left to take home for lunch the next day. I can’t wait to go back and try some of the other varieties of both the ramen and sushi.

Perfect ramen on a chilly fall day! the Tonkatsu Ramen was rich and full of flavor, the Spicy Miso was spicy on its own – and they added spicy bean paste to the side of the bowel so you could add more as you needed. Easily one of the best ramen restaurants I’ve been to! Atmosphere was calm, lighting has been improved in the building and service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!

New Raman place in town!! Had to try it out today. It was sssoooo good!! The pork was to DIE for and the Raman broth was too notch. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable, she did a great job. Glad to have them in our town, we will definitely be back!

Looks nice outside the building.. Sticky floors, Service is VERY slow, food got brought out all at different times, bathroom had no toilet paper even when the hostess was told still waited 30 minutes and 2 more people telling her before it was refilled. Food had no flavor. It’s like eating instant ramen noodles and they forget the seasoning packet.
Sushi was good though so I’ll give them that. But overall If your in weatherford I just recommend Bamboo Garden, they always hit

I’ve been here many times but might never go again after tonight food.
It took us 30 minutes on a empty Wednesday night to be seated and our severer was very untrained and didn’t know how to properly but in our order
When we finally received our food an HOUR later! it didn’t look appetizing and tasted fishy, I got the yellow tail and ended up biting into a BONE in my sushi.
I got the waiters attention and he only took half of the price of the roll off, I didn’t agree and told him to take it back I’ve lost my appetite and need the check. He then took another 5$ off the sushi roll, he didn’t know what to do so I asked for the manager
The manager didn’t seem to want to do anything about it but finally he took the roll off, NEVER in my life have I found a bone in my sushi.
Still ended up paying 15$ for the other sushi roll that my partner didn’t even eat after I found the bone.
