Stopped here for breakfast on a trip to Memphis. I ordered through the app and doing so offers nice discounts. I got the bacon maple chicken croissant with home fries. The food was good and compared to other fast food breakfasts it’s one of the better ones I have had. The staff was fast and had my order ready to go when I arrived. I would stop here again for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

I just received two cold and unheated sausage burritos. Piss poor service. The girl at the window for some reason told me to pull behind the red pole after I paid then told me to pull back up. No other customers to be found. I thought it was odd especially being in a company vehicle. Not a great way to start my morning. Did not receive a receipt. Not worried about the $10. I’ll make that back before I even get to the bridge driving but definitely recommend that nobody ever visits this sorry excuse for a Wendy’s. I know this is not how these burritos are prepared because I just ate a hot fresh one not even two days ago in Bartlett

It’s been going on for awhile but this restaurant genuinely sucks. They’re always out of something and tries to replace it with something of lesser value. The cherry on the top is that a friend of mine had an order of over $16 and left with neither any food nor a refund. They said they ran out of hamburgers, and told her she couldn’t get a refund because it was a mobile order. They ignored her request for a manager, and they finally got there, they told her the same thing. Luckily, when she called corporate, they apologized and gave her her money back, saying that they got a lot of complaints from that location.
The gist of it is, if y’all want Wendy’s, go to Marion or the one in Pilots on the east side of West Memphis. Go to Memphis even. Just don’t go to this one, because time after time they proved that their service sucks.

I placed a mobile order and went to drive thru just for convenience. The staff looked stressed due to lack of A LOT of items. I don’t normally order from this location but they had chili but no chili sauce, I find out after I had to go in and ask for the chili that I specifically asked for 3 chili hot sauces, yes ma’am, to no chili at all, then I get the chili and she quickly I guess put it together that i came in asking why I didn’t get the chili at all. I wasn’t impressed with Wendy’s tonight.

At about 8:30 pm on a Friday night after driving for 12 hours, I ordered a single meal, sour cream baked potato, Caesar salad, frosty jr, and lrg frosty. When I got back to my hotel room, we were missing utensils, napkins, sour cream for the baked potato, and dressing for the salad. We got a medium frosty instead of a large and the French fries were soggy. Seems like this restaurant should tighten up their quality control and do some retraining.

That older lady in the drive thru is bad for business. She does not ask what sauce you want for your nuggets and she doesn’t ask what kind of drink you want she is very combative & Her attitude is horrible. She needs to be taken out of the drive thru.
