I work 3rd shift… most of the time, me and my work friends pack our lunch because we KNOW late night fast food is usually TERRIBLE, but tonight we tried something different…. Well, I’m happy to say the crew at this location did amazing!!
They were way busier than expected for 11’30pm on a Sunday night, so it was a little wait, but my burger was hot, fresh and made as ordered…. and my homegirl nuggets and fries, she said were some the best she ever had at a Wendy’s… on her words “these nuggs slap”

THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE! I’m sick of these places charging us extra for everything, but then can’t make things right when they leave toppings off. They were out of bbq sauce for my nuggets, and didn’t have any pickles or onions for my burger. Had I known all this I woulda canceled my order. Instead, they hand it to me without even telling me they are out of ingredients. On top of that, they are always behind.

I made a mobile order at 1130am to be picked up at 1140am. By 1150am, still didn’t receive my food, so I told the cashier and even showed my receipt through the app. He looked at a different screen and told me “next time, go through the drive through.” No apologies, no working to get it made for me, nothing. By 1205pm, I walked out with no food and extremely frustrated. It felt like I was completely ignored and nobody did anything to help. I’m never coming back to this location.

Terrible place, cant even get order right. tired of ordering cheese fries and getting a surprise every time of what menu item I’m actually gonna get. If you’re going there at night, check your order at the drive through before leaving so you don’t look dumb like me coming home every time thinking “there’s no way it happened again right?”

I placed an order with DoorDash at this restaurant and they claimed that they never received my order. But I had several confirmation emails that the order was there. I believe that this location could’ve been lying about not having more order available or whatever the case may have been. But I am sick of this location and their lack of communication and customer service. They take so long in the drive through to just turn around and tell me that my order was unavailable. I will not be ordering from this location again

Wendy’s is a great place to eat. I always get Wendy’s when I’m on my way to appointments, meetings, and shopping. They have great French fries and I love their frosties. Friendly service. Affordable. Recommend this place to everyone.

Wendy’s in downtown Little Rock is rather busy during breakfast hours. The line is around the building out into the street. Today, I say all of this to say I was in line and was pleased with how quickly it moved. The staff had the cars moving. I could hear the lady on the speaker. My order was repeated back to me correctly. My order was correct, and my food was temperature hot.
