This is a newly update Wendy’s that has failed. Staff was nice but the cleanliness was a F even with not traffic inside and barely anyone outside. Plus no ice and the drink machine was out. Every trash can was running over!! Please just replace this restaurant with something else.

Bathrooms, coke counter, and tables in the lobby are completely filthy and using degreaser to clean the tables. The toilet paper in the bathroom is on the back of the toilet and the roll is completely soaked. I asked for mayo and ketchup only on my double stack and it looks like someone thought they made a mistake and whipped it off. I would give zero stars if I could.

Drive-thru experience was truly worthy of the sentiments of Leo Getz (Lethal Weapon). The only thing correct about our order was the chocolate frosty was as cold as the inside of the burgers. The fries were warm but over salted and seemed like they had been under the heat lamp for too long. Also the medium fry looked to be filled a bit lightly as if it was the last of the fries and fresh ones were not ready. The most annoying part of the experience was that we didnt get any straws for our drink and we were driving from LR to Hot Springs so we could not just pour into a new glass at home. It seems like the employees are not happy in their roles or do not care about doing a good job, they seem satisfied with mediocrity.

We placed our orders and then waited with our drinks. An employee’s friends came into the restaurant and placed 4 individual orders. The MOD bumped our food orders so that he could get his friend’s orders out quickly. They asked for free frosties and he gave frosties to his friends wanting them. Our orders started to come up and he gave the food to them as an “extra” and then we went up and asked the MOD and another employee if their “extra” food was ours. They just looked at us and stated “no, that it hadn’t come up yet” even with our name then being removed from the screen. The WORSE experience!!!

Ordered a Stawberry Frosty got to drive up window was given Frosty and that was it? I waited and had to ask for a spoon and was told “we are out of spoons”, what how am I supposed to eat this? You want a straw? Sure. So I left came next door to McDonalds got a spoon and order of fresh fries. Bryant store got to get 100 soon prime location with many choices!
