One had the one piece of a strip of bacon. I worked in fast food years ago, we were to break one piece of bacon to put on a sandwich. Sandwich was cold, cheese wasn’t melted. I’m disappointed, my sandwich was unwrapped, like nobody attempted to wrap the sandwich. I spoke, and was nice nobody said anything. Just gave me my food and sent me on my way.

Ordered 45.00 worth of food and they put it all in one bag. Make that make sense… I told the drive thru lady as much as I spent don’t u think I should get 2 bags?? I’m guessing they didn’t want me to check and see if everything was right. Barely… ordered baconator fries and there was a pink (not all the way cooked floppy whole piece of bacon across the fries) then I ordered a combo (big bacon classic) and they gave me the same size fries as a biggie meal but gave me a large drink. I came through the drive through and asked for a couple of sauces. And the girl with the blonde wig only gave us one. And we had at least 2 boxes of nuggets. Not only that, she didn’t give us a spoon for our frosty. And she was extremely rude with her irritated tone on the headset. went here a couple nights ago after an 8 hour shift and was completely disappointed and pissed off. we waited for at least 20 mins for our food and as we waited we see two young adults flirting and couldn’t focus on anything else. took forever to take the payment and to pass on the food… when i got my food i have a frozen fry with my other lukewarm fries. no sauce. no straws. these young adults need more training! need more attention skills. this was unacceptable. wont be back

Drive thru took order. Waited 15 min to get to window. Then was asked what my order was again. 5 min later, was handed wrong meal. Waited another 5 minutes. It was finally correct. But out fries were cold and sorta stale.

Wendy now charges $.50 “cents” for each condiment. When ever a places gets greedy I no longer exchange my money for there product. Was in the drive through with an order of around 8 bucks…well after being informed of the extra charge (Mind you i didnt get a single condiment at this point in time) I just drove off. So that $.50 cost them the cost of the food that had already been made. Folks we the people need to start pushing back against greedy corporations. Let them go bankrupt or change their ways.

Poor service. Placed a mobile order and arrived about 2 hours before close. They were out of sweat tea. Out of vanilla frosty.
They handed out the drinks and then there was about a 15min wait for the food. The frosty was pretty melted before I even left the restaurant.
No sauce for the nuggets. Had to go back and ask for it. They seemed to have trouble understanding I had just been handed an order and needed sauce. My sandwich was wrong. Requested customization ignored. Paid extra for bacon. No bacon. And the sandwich was cold. The nuggets were hot and the fries, which filled the containers almost halfway to the top were at least warm.
The whole visit was filled with indifference. It will be a long time before I waste my time and money at the Bryant Wendy’s again.

Bathrooms, coke counter, and tables in the lobby are completely filthy and using degreaser to clean the tables. The toilet paper in the bathroom is on the back of the toilet and the roll is completely soaked. I asked for mayo and ketchup only on my double stack and it looks like someone thought they made a mistake and whipped it off. I would give zero stars if I could.
