We went to celebrate my grandson’s birthday. He chose to go to Applebee’s they love this place. Both of my grandkids ordered steak. My granddaughter cleaned her plate. Ate every last bite. I had a slight issue with what I had ordered They immediately made it right and offered free desserts. I got the bourbon steak and shrimp and it was amazing! Wendy, the manager was very professional And attentive, my grandson said this is five star service. Kora Was our waitress and my granddaughter said she is the best waitress she’s ever had. Lol my grandson was a little embarrassed when they came out singing happy birthday. He said he loves it but it’s still a little embarrassing. But I told him there is nothing to be embarrassed about And birthdays should be celebrated! Wishing him the best birthday this year and always!!!

Kora was one of the nicest servers I’ve ever experienced. Nothing was wrong with my food. Everything came out fresh. She was on top of everything made sure our drinks was always full and overall just really really nice sit at her tables if you can she’ll make sure you are good!!!! Always ATTENTIVE NOT AT AWKARD MOMENTS hands down BEST experience

My kids choose this place. Stopped here for a lunch. We were party of 4. We were seated right away. No waiting time. Place was 35% packed, but still very noisy. Food came fast, was good wasn’t expecting anything better, quality wise. Service was okay. I’ve seen manager walking up to other tables, asking if everything is okay. Most of the guests were senior citizens, at the time when we were there. Overall it was okay. Keep up the good work.

So fun to eat at. Go quite frequently with my daughter or niece. They have the tablets on tables for kids to play games while waiting for the food. The food portions are well worth the money and they are always having some kind of combo deals to really get your money worth. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Our waitress today was Juliana, she was amazing. My wife & I are on a burger kick lately. If you haven’t tried the OM Burger or The whiskey bacon Burger you’ve GOTTA try them. They’re in the two for $25. I swear, I’m not sure what they’re putting in these burgers but DAYUM! Kudos to the cook. We came here on our first date and will keep coming back. Love this place. Also, my wife loves the music lol

I ordered takeout and arrived at the restaurant about 10 minutes later. I phoned to say I was there and they were bringing it out. Customer service was top notch from placing the order to the young lady bringing the food out. I must say the car smelled good all the way home. The grilled cheese hamburger was well made and tasted as if it had just come off the grill even though my drive was a bit far. So good I didn’t have to add any condiments. I ordered 3 other dishes and all of them held up well during the ride home. This location far exceeds the one in Concord. I live 45 minutes away and will gladly drive back to dine in next time.

My stepfather was visiting and wanted to go to grab a burger somewhere. I saw some better yelp reviews at other places, but instead decided to choose this place cause it was close to the highway.
Arrived around 4:30 5 o’clock there was plenty of seating
It was clean the atmosphere wasn’t too loud
The server was very attentive and fast
Three of us ordered the quesadilla burger, being a little carb conscious And the other was just your classic burger
I can’t rave enough about the quesadilla burger. It was definitely cooked medium rare which is which I ordered perfectly. The flavors were on point. The quesadilla itself was not soggy due to the burger grease. I was very impressed. I will recommend that quesadilla burger.

I visit this place frequently, but the service I experienced tonight was terrible, especially considering it wasn’t busy. My kids ordered their food first, and then the waitress returned to take our orders. I ordered an appetizer, and my wife ordered a meal, but it took an additional 25 minutes after the kids’ food was delivered for our meals to arrive. The waitress never came back to check on us.
I had to ask another waitress about our food, and when it finally came, the original waitress claimed she had come by twice, but she hadn’t. Our drinks were empty—my son’s water was also out. If she had actually come by more than once, she would have noticed that we didn’t have anything to drink.
I requested to speak with a manager, and during our conversation, the original waitress walked by and again claimed she had checked in on us. I explained to the manager that I wouldn’t tolerate such behavior, so I returned my quesadilla to the kitchen and said I wouldn’t pay for anything. Unfortunately, my wife ended up paying for our order. The waitress then threw her hands up and acted confrontational, suggesting I shouldn’t behavet this way in front of my children.
All I wanted was good service, but I didn’t receive that. I don’t believe the manager is capable of resolving issues, as I feel she isn’t very effective in her role. It might be worth reconsidering who you hire as managers. I was very displeased with the experience, and because of this, I will never return, despite having been a customer for over a decade.
