Went here with my friend and they had a girl in the front that seem she didn’t know what she was doing. Didn’t give us sauce but she asked us what sauce we wanted then claimed she didn’t know our biggie bag meals was suppose to come with sauce. She didn’t know what the frosty key ring was. Went tonight with my wife to get food and the staff was very unprofessional and rude in response to a simple question on menu pricing changes. I am always very polite to workers in the food industry! Very disappointed and will not be returning to eat at this location.

I ordered spicy nuggets and they gave me regular. wouldn’t usually be upset but considering i’m pregnant im upset. on top of that they had us waiting 20+ minutes.. for what? the wrong freaking order.

My wife and I brought my daughter here for lunch and we had no complaints. Service was fast and friendly and the food was great!

Disappointed, the drive thru line was slow, the guy in the window seemed unsure of what he was doing. We were shorted one of our meals. I went back around to the drive thru and got sick of sitting and waiting so i got out of line, parked and went inside. I got my other meal but was regretting going inside because of how nasty this place was. Everything looked dirty. There were employees in socks and flip flops in the kitchen. I was tempted to brink back all of my food. I didn’t eat. I went elsewhere for food. I told everyone else in there about the inside and they almost threw the food away. This sucks because it is becoming a common thing with these drive thru restaurants. My wife and I agree that we will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered a burger and it was extremely uncooked. The patty was pink throughout. Would have taken it back but I went through the drive-thru and took a bite when I got to work about 15-20 mins away

They have an open window with a fan in front, and that leaves me wondering what kind of nasty stuff is flying in. I hope food spoilage is being watched closely.
Hopefully they get their vent fan fixed, or if it’s the A/C, they get that taken care of. That has to suck for the employees to work in the heat.
My burger had nothing on it but half a slice of cheese and maybe a full piece of bacon. The meat tasted ok, but I was so grossed out by the open window and no ice in my drink that I trashed it all. We all know what it’s like to work in a fully staffed eatery with A/C… I can’t imagine what it must be like with no A/C while short-handed. Kudos to the workers. I don’t blame them one bit. Maybe skip Wendy’s for a while until corporate gets this place fixed up.

Lobby locked up again today, what’s up with this place. Corporate needs to step in. I would be an embarrassed owner of this was my establishment. I gave 40 bucks to another restaurant.

I went through the drive thru today and ordered a burger and coke. The ladies at the window were extremely nice. As I drove off, I quickly tasted my drink because I’ve been given the wrong drink way too many times in a drive thru (not just Wendys). Well, it was Dr. Pepper instead of Coke. I was on my lunch break from work so no time to waste, but i had to park and go in (in the rain) to have them switch it out. The young girl at the front counter (unfortunately didn’t catch her name) was less than friendly…almost like I was inconveniencing her. I told her the problem and she got me a Coke. As I’m about to walk away she points to the Dr. Pepper and says “I can’t take that back”….which I’m thinking “ok, I assume you’re just gonna pour it out”. And I say ok, just throw it away. She then tells me “you can throw it away”. Mind you this was YOUR mistake, not mine. I’m on my lunch break and already inconvenienced by having to park and come inside, then you want ME to throw the Dr. Pepper away?? I did….because I’m trying to be a good example for this young rude girl….but I sure did want to walk right out of the door and leave that Dr. Pepper sitting there because I guarantee she would have thrown it away then!

Ordered 3 biggie bags. One had only 3 nuggets, only two straws. Fries seemed pretty lite. Overall the food was good though. Employees seemed disinterested. I had to ask for my credit card back. Too much socializing by staff.
