The worst service I ever had in my life! I ordered a baked potato with extra cheese and extra bacon and extra sour cream! My potato barely had any cheese on it! I called to place a complaint and all Mr. Matt the manager could do is worry about the receipt… The cashier took the order completely right and it stated everything that I asked for! I told the manager I was coming back on my arrival the manager states I’m so sorry we don’t have any more potatoes! I am highly upset and this is the worst service I have ever gotten in my life! Wendy’s corporate number will be called in the morning! Please, if you’re reading this, just take your service else where !!!

Did a mobile order online. Selected carry-out. Went to my email to tell them I was here. Never brought out the mobile order. Apparently even though I selected mobile order carry out I had to go through the drive-thru line. Makes 0 sense. ZERO. Workers were extremely rude.

After a long day of work I decided to bring my friend out for the evening to go shopping for his birthday gifts. We decided to go to this Wendy’s location. We pulled up to the Speaker and we were immediately spoken to which was great but we need a few minutes to make our decisions on what we wanted. We finally made our choices, but we had separate orders when I informed the guy that we had otters that would be separate. He made a smug remark instead of course you do. I casually laughed at all, but it was quite rude to say the least. When we finally pulled to the window, we Met the order taker and not to be rude, but cleanliness did not seem like it was important to him. Completely made me lose my appetite From the poor hygiene this person had. he took her payment and then he asked if we wanted to see a manager get punched in the face and I was completely disgusted with this whole experience . I pulled to second window and the gentleman there acted like he did not want to be there like he didn’t care there wasn’t a kind greeting a smile or anything. The employees there look miserable maybe you need to look into management that maybe where your problem lies. Once I received my food it was just thrown together burger all half on the bun and very cold. This is unacceptable and inexcusable y’all need to do better..

Instead of giving me normal sized patties i was given dried up old $1 hamburger patties on my daves triple and baconater i was the only person in line and placed the mobile order i guess it was also to much to ask for them not to put any keychup or mayo, i was also told to pull up as the meat would take a while yo cook less then a minute later my food was brought out i guess it didn’t take that long especially when you didn’t even have to cook anything even though they were closing a little more then a hour later i will not be back

Got my order totally wrong, Asked for a Powerade and waited 30 seconds for a response, then this man raises his voice of me and said we have seven different flavors of Powerade, which one. lol then proceeds to give me a bottled water

This location and employees are the absolute worst!!! So unprofessional!!! Terrible attitude!!! Incredibly rude, and this is consistent behavior. Truly disgusting. Not to mention my order has mistakes every single time. It takes effort to be this bad on a regular basis. This place needs serious quality control, retraining, and a complete overhaul of it’s employees. If you’re so miserable at your job or in life go work anywhere else, anywhere!!! But I guarantee this little job these employees are screwing off and throwing away they will regret losing when they get fired. Smh do better!
