Has to be the grossest Wendy’s I have ever been too! Dirty windows that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, floors are filthy, the counter was sticky! Someone is going to get sick from this place, this is very unclean and not sanitary at all. Service of course was awful Heaven forbid you ask people to do their jobs instead of standing around talking. There’s a lot to eat in this area so this will not be a choice next time. The cheese and bacon on my burger look and taste like they were made a week ago! Disgusting

The food is the only decent thing about this place.
The employees are not friendly or welcoming, and I have gone to dine in on multiple occasions when one employee brought her kids to work. I understand not everyone can afford a babysitter, but at the very least, teach your children to behave in public, especially at your own workplace.
During my most recent visit, there were flies flying around in various areas of the store, the soda machine was out of over half its flavors, and the only available lids for cups were the kids size.

Burgers are the driest thing I’ve ever ate. This meat is freezer burn and I will be sending this to your regional manager. I’ve worked at Wendy’s and this food is terrible.

The French Fries had absolutely no salt on them and I ordered a Chicken and Cheese Sandwich with mayonnaise and got it with no cheese after I paid for cheese! And they didn’t even ask what kind of sauce I wanted for the chicken nuggets! Won’t be going back. And the cashier was rude!

11-20-19 lunchtime. So wow Wendy’s and a good experience. Who would have thought. The food was consistent if not better then other locations. The food also had decent presentation. Everyone was polite and helpful that I met. The location was clean. The store had a really nice layout as well. This should be a training location for many other locations. I’ve posted at plenty Wendy’s locations before and I have never gave a 4 star so good job today.

Flies!!!!! EVERYWHERE! all counters are sticky, shoes are sticking to the floor! Cooks are cussing each other out! Our food was wrong, #6 spicy chicken came out plain, asked to be corrected and they added mayonnaise, photo shows lettuce and tomatoes.

Months ago, in a time long since passed, this was one of my favorite fast food places to go to. Fantastic manager, food made with care and precision. Now it baffles me how they stay in business. Sure, the manager is still nice but he’s the only one there that cares or tries. I ordered a chicken, bacon and bourbon sauce sandwich with a large fry and coke. They gave me a bourbon burger instead with 25% of my fry box filled up. If you look at my past reviews, I’m usually happy to give positive ones and usually don’t have anything bad to say but I’ve gone to this Wendy’s for the last time considering I haven’t had a decent order from here in months. The last couple times I went around 7a.m. and they weren’t even open and didn’t even say anything when I pulled up to the window. Don’t recommend going, eating or even looking at this restaurant.

Waited over 10 minutes for unfresh food. Requested to speak with the manager as I inquired about the wait, she looked over & rolled her eyes. No apology, no explanation, nothing. They weren’t short staffed because it was 5 of them and no customers. I got my food, very unfresh, so what was the wait for? Total waste of time & money. Establishments paid full price by customers should be given good service and fresh food. Maybe more training on customer service, time management and food quality would help but for now, I deserve a refund
