Ordered the Cookie Dough Cake Batter Superman Blizzard sounds yummy right? Just to see that mine came with zero cookie dough bits. Like, hello?? That’s the main character! I asked the staff about it and they told me to just “dig for it.” DIG?? What is this, a blizzard or a Minecraft side quest? You want me to mine for cookie dough like it’s buried treasure? And because I had to dig through my blizzard, half of it was a melted mess by the time I was done digging.

Dairy Queen makes the very best vanilla ice cream cone! Usually generous portions and consistent flavor and quality make this my go to when I have an ice cream hankering! Service speed could be faster, but it’s worth the wait! And you certainly can’t go wrong with a blizzard either!

Very disappointing. Decided to give this location a try. And went through the drive thru for two sundaes, one small and and medium. Both were smaller than the smalls I get from the Kirkland location. I also asked for extra hot fudge and there was barely any on it. I asked the person who handed me the ice cream if it had extra hot fudge and he says it did. I will not be coming back to this location.

Very frustrating situation after using the app. I placed my first order after making an DQ account on the app. When I went into the establishment I waited on the side until I got the chance to walk up to the cashier and tell them I had a mobile order for Natalie. She said okay and looked like she was waiting for the next person in line to come up so I stepped aside. After waiting a while and after the cashier finished assisting everyone else she finally asked my friend what name we were waiting for a mobile order for. She gave them my name again and they said they didn’t have an order under that name (which would have been great to know when I first talked to her ! So I was standing on the side for nothing). They questioned whether I had the right name – and my account had the correct name. Then they asked if I picked the right location – which I showed them was the correct location. Finally after looking through the rest of their mobile orders they found an order with the right items but the name said “DQ” for whatever reason (I know for a fact I didn’t not list my name as DQ – so I assume this was an error with the app?) idk long story short horrible customer service – will not be returning. And will never use the app again.

The costumer service is awful. I will never come back to this place. How hard is it to smile and say hello?! Let alone communicate with your costumers, I ordered Gravy but got ranch and when asked she basically glared her eyes at me, Karam never apologized for the mistake, let alone inform me she was going to replace it. She walked away mad, and came back with no words for the mistake. Just barely stuck her arm out the window with the gravy. That was very rude an unacceptable, just terrible service, and it was not even busy. Disgusted, and I will not be returning to this location. Talk about draining the energy from your costumers!!!

I haven’t had DQ in 15 years until I had a hankering for chicken tenders. Drove into the drive thru and the line was long on a Friday night. My order came out quickly and it was super hot. The chicken tenders were still piping hot after driving 2 blocks home. The French fries were crispy, the tenders were a good size portion and the mini blizzard hit the spot.
Team members here are also really nice.

I am impressed with this place. We had a big party of 10 and they got everyone’s order correct. It’s the first time that has happened in a long while. Thank you for your great service and order accuracy. The only thing is the tables needed cleaning. Just a little more focus on the dining room cleaning and I would have given 5 ⭐.

The parking lot entrance was interesting. No wait at the drive thru. Came for the new fall flavored blizzards. I am a PS kinda girl, so the pumpkin pie it was. IT TASTED EXACTLY LIKE PUMPKIN PIE!!!! It was so worth the 500 calories This is def my new fave flavor
