If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend went and got us a snack around 10:15, says they close at 1am. Perfect.
He starts by ordering two snickerdoodle frostys. “We aren’t making them right now, just chocolate and vanilla.” When they could’ve made it, they just didn’t want to?
But then he orders nuggets, chili, and a small fry. Looks and tastes like the fries have been sitting there for hours. Chili was cold like the heater was turned off, spicy nuggets were cold. Only thing that was hot was the regular nuggets and even then they didn’t the correct sauce. Wasn’t even 10:30 yet, why are they getting stuff ready for closing time so soon. Food should still be hot and made fresh. Should still make a frosty if someone orders one. Absolutely won’t go again, suggest you spend money else where!

After ordering online I arrived at the drive thru, upon pulling up to the window I was aggressively ordered to drive forward. After which I proceeded to wait around 15 mins for my two MELTED frostys dare I say “meltys” and my 10 pc chicken nuggets. Just a bit disappointed that I ordered two frostys and received room temperature chocolate milks posing as frostys.In addition my chicken nuggets were noticeably undercooked, with barely any breading at all. At the end of this, there was not even a single apology or sorry for the poor service. The only redeeming factor was them giving me spoons when we came back asking for them.

The pretzel bun was excellent! The meat patty was very good. The fried onions and bacon were very good. The food lube mayo/sauce was not appetizing. I should have had them leave that off. The fries were not fresh. But I will be back to try it again without the sauce. That pretzel bun was one of the best I’ve had.

Every time I come to this Wendy’s, not only is the service terrible, but so are the wait times and food. The food is always dry, incorrect, or cold. You wait a long time for unsatisfactory food and service. It needs to be shut down or put under new management.

Came into the restaurant at 8:45 pm and was refused service. The manager on duty that refused to identify herself told me they didn’t have enough staff to take my order and that I needed to go through the drive through. I told her I was on a bicycle. She told me that that was my problem.
Rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. Thanks for leaving me hungry, Wendy’s.

Don’t even bother going there!! The people are rude, and it may seem petty, but they don’t have ketchup. So you wait in line for lousy customer service can you get a lousy product. Definitely not worth the wait

Stood in drive-thru for 14 minutes. Gentleman came out & told me the young lady was coming. States it was just them 2, everyone else was slow to show up. I left bc she never came to take my order.

I hate to talk about my people but this group of individuals they call employees especially the night employees literally suck, attitudes are bad and the food is bad. Always claim to be out of something like how don’t yall have any mustard? that’s like the number 2 condiment for a burger. Get new staff please.
