Its been over a decade since I visited a fast food chain. I opted to visit Burger King because it was one of my favorite fast food chain years ago. The service on this location is good when it comes to the staff’s service. The staff were courteous. I remember the burgers decades ago as tender, juicy and very tasteful. This time, the bread was dry, the burger was a little dry as well, and it was bland. What happened Burger King?

Update 1/9/26 ( because Google asked me to. ) Still my favorite burger and this location continues to up their game. Oh, there is one young man whom has the most beautiful head of curls. ( Girls, he’s a cutie. Go buy a hamburger and check him out ) Yes, I told him so. I also have a fondness for the Oreo pie. If you have not tried one, why not? The last few days have been nice, so I hope all of those that have littles driving you batty, have taken or will take them to play on the playground outside.
Burger King hamburgers have always been my favorite, but the one on Russell Pkwy has spoiled me! I can’t recall the last time I had a burger so dang good. First and foremost, I’ve gotten a freshly cooked, perfectly grilled, juicy hamburger EVERYTIME. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE never let the cooks from this location go! Idk who taught them to make it just right, but KUDOS to that manager. I’m not sure I’ll ever buy one from any other location. Keep up the good cooking! I’ll be your loyal fan forever!❤️❤️

After waiting forever the guy said ohh you ordered the #4 chicken bisquit. Thats Not what your getting. I put in the #4 burger meal.

If I can give a 0 I would… got my at 10am today waited at least 30mins w/ about 3 ppl in front of me, and on top of that they got my order wrong.!. They gave me a egg & cheese burrito, also the food quality was low!!!

Just went through the Burger King drive-thru on Russell Pkwy a few minutes ago with my dog. I was the only car at the drive-thru. I order a cold drink for myself. When I got to the 1st window I asked if I could get a cup of ice water for my dog which he charged me for. I drove up to the next window to get my drink & water. The employee lady handed me my cold drink and straw. Then she just closed the window. So I waited for several seconds and she opened the window and I asked if I could have a cup of ice water for my dog and she said I would have to go back around the drive-thru again. I was the only car at the drive-thru. I told her that I had asked for a cup of water for my dog at the first window. So then she gave me a large cup of ice water. I was removing the lid so my dog could drink. I was fixing to go and the manager tells me I need to move on up. I told her I was leaving. She began shooing me away with her hand saying “shoo shoo”. I would not ever recommend going through this drive-thru. I have never been treated so rudely. I will never go to this Burger King again. The Burger King on Watson blvd, employees are so nice to their customers. I will be going to the Burger King on Watson blvd from now on.

I waited in line in the drive-through for 20 minutes during this time 2 cars just pulled off. Once I got to the window, received my food, . My chicken sandwich was burnt and not fresh, and the lettuce was brown , which means it was old and had been sitting out too long! The lady asked me to move out of the line and park and they was gonna make a FRESH sandwich. I sat there once again for 20 minutes in my car. no one never came. I got out and I asked for a refund not once did I get I’m sorry ma’am, or nothing! I would have felt better if they said we are short staff , something besides nothing!!! No apology or anything I would never go to this Burger King EVER!!! at store 8617.

Did a mobile order when the Three Test Whoppers were going, December 3rd, 2024. Waited over 30 minutes for the order to be made ( I made the order while in the restaurant to get the points) The fried pickle whoppers, (2 ordered) had ONE fried pickle on them, no lettuce, no tomato, no ranch dressing for $6.99 each, what a rip off. I left feedback on the Burger King webite, didn’t even get a response. I will being avoiding this Burger King for months.
