Two weeks ago the restrooms were closed. On this trip the AC was leaking in the middle of the lobby. Ceiling tiles (8-12) on the floor, water dripping w / no buckets under the leak and mold in the bathroom on the wall. That poor manager and staff was so stressed by the state of the place.

My food was ice cold. I live 15 minutes away. The fries were cold and hard and the sandwich was inedible. The manager s took FOREVER TO adjust my ticket bc she was OUTSIDE ON THE PHONE. Face full of piercings.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two Parmesan salads:one with crispy chicken the other with grilled chicken. I was given two bowls of old lettuce with no cheese and uncut meat. I can’t even file a formal complaint or get my money back because they didn’t give me a receipt.

Lazy slow workers at this location cheating the system. They keep you at the ordering menu forever, then when you pull up they have you back up behind the yellow pole and pull forward again to reset the timer to look like you haven’t been sitting at the window.

Rude, smells horrible the manager is the one without the hat my food was cold meat was old we waited in the drive through for 15 min, they didn’t offer to replace meal they forgot to bring back my debit card to the window after they checked me out I had come way back to get my card. Poor poor services.
