We picked up an order on 12/26. I had someone pick it up, they assumed it was prepaid. We didn’t realize until I got a text saying, “So you’re not going to pay for your order that You walk out with your food without paying . You owe Rosatis $45.11”.
I called the store as soon as I saw it and texted back saying I was trying to call back with card. I apologized over the phone gave my card number and that was it.
I try to order today 3/1 and a lady answers the phone and when I ask for delivery tells me that I can only.paybwith card no cash. I was like … alright… but thats what I pay with anyways. Told her the websites not allowing my order to go through, she takes my order and won’t let me use the same coupon I use normally on the phone.
So not having your payment processor for months is ok.
Never returning to any Rosatis because this one is horrible.

Tired to place an order here but the language barrier with the female answering the phone is unbearable! Also, they don’t make the Italian Beef Combo (with Italian Sausage). The order taker had never even heard of it and the guy in the back was clueless too! These folks are definitely NOT Chicagoans, smh. . .

Do not order from this place! The workers ADD THEIR OWN TIP! I emailed the company WITH PROOF of them adding a tip and all they said was “we will talk to them” they STOLE 40$ worth of tips! No reimbursement, no gift card, NOTHING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This pizza was absolutely delicious. So pleasantly surprised. Their sauce is everything. Had so much delicious cheese on it. I ordered this at midnight and it was still incredible. I ate the leftovers for breakfast lol Arrived fresh and piping hot. ❤️ and it was still good the next day too.

I was in the restaurant today and I ordered two pizza slice dinners and I gave the cashier $30 cash he said he was giving me a discount and gave me back $15 I’m not sure who the second man was he may have been the owner or the manager don’t know but he began to yell at me and said no discount and then told me to get out of the restaurant and never come back again. Me and my sister have been doing business with them for a long time and we are very disappointed with the way I was treated today I have a severe speech impediment so my sister is making this message for me. She understands me so she’s able to write out what I am saying. I have never before ever been treated the way I was at rosati’s Pizza.

My brother was in the restaurant today and ordered two of the sliced pizza dinners which is$10 plus tax for each One of the employees gave my brother a discount and to only charge $15 for the two then another employee begin yelling at my brother like he did something wrong and before he could even get the food that he paid for the second man began to throw my brother out of the establishment. My brother is disabled and we have been doing business with this establishment since the day they opened in Cicero but now we will no longer be going there. I will not do business with anyone who yells and screams at somebody with disabilities. My brother has a severe speech impediment. I thought these people were good people but as of today no I do not.

I placed a pickup order and received a call about 25 minutes later saying the delivery car had broken down. I understand that things happen. I was then told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I was informed the cooks had just started preparing my order. Unfortunately, this ended up being a waste of time.

I ordered a 18″ family meal deal and a cheese slice jumbo combo pizza that comes with fries and drink.
I got the 18″ and the drinks but the one slice of cheese pizza i never received i called to see if I can get any compensation for it and they were very rude and refused to allow me to speak with a manager. I spoke with Tania and she technically blamed the driver because HE is supposed to make sure everything is there, which is ridiculous because I work at a restaurant myself and I know for a fact the person who took the order should check ther order before handing it to the customer. Very unprofessional. @ROSATIS PIZZA, YOU SHOULD KEEP YOUR WORKERS ON CHECK ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT CUSTOMERS TO COME BACK.

Solid location. Open late on the weekends and service is great. I ordered the Italian beef sandwhich, on garlic bread, cheese, hot and sweet peppers. Top tier with the garlic bread. It came together really nicely. The meat had a flavor I can’t put my finger on yet it was still good.
