Pull up the place and order for a Frosty swirl. Again they rang me up for a frosty fusion. This time I catch it before they charge me and I correct it.

I pull up to the window They have my Frosty fusion waiting for me but they’re not going to the window can’t figure out why.

Eventually they told me that their system decided not to work. They then close the window come back 5 minutes later and ask me to pull around to the front and to wait for 5 minutes or to go around and place an order again when the system comes back up.

All while they’re holding my frosty in their hand.

I sit there and contemplate whether or not I want to pull around or leave, and I guess I got “lucky” and the system came back online.

Seriously, your team doesn’t know how to take orders for frosty swirls, and the concept of customer service is a foreign thing for them.

They regularly ask people to pull up and pull back to trick your system so it looks like they’re getting better service times than they are.

Really you can improve a lot and you’d probably make a lot more money that way

My recent visit to Wendy’s was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Bianca, who was working the drive-thru, was unbelievably rude, impatient, and unprofessional from the very beginning.

As I tried to place my order, she kept cutting me off with “Is that all?” in a nasty, dismissive tone. I repeatedly said “No, that’s not all,” but she continued to rush me. When I finally pushed back, she snapped that she didn’t have time to wait on me and needed to keep her “drive-thru time down.”

Then, shockingly, she slammed the window in my face and started yelling. At that point, I was so uncomfortable and disrespected that we had no choice but to leave without our food.

This was not just poor service — it was hostile, aggressive, and completely unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be treated this way. It left me shocked and upset, and I strongly urge management to take action so that no other customer has to go through this kind of treatment.

Service was FAST! However, my nuggets were old to the point of hardening. I pull back around to go through the drive-thru again and they replace the nuggets, which I appreciate. But, I get back to work & pull my salad out of the bag to see a large piece of PLASTIC AT THE BOTTOM OF MY BOWL. This is unprofessional and unacceptable especially with this pandemic going on. This Wendy’s will never see me again and I will be making a call to corporate today.

11pm, service is tooooo slow, I spent more than 25 min sitting in the car in the drive thru lane.
Coke was just like water with ice and a little bit of coke . Fries was cold. And the chicken wrap was just like my 5 years old making a sandwich and salty.

Ask for a swirl got charged for a fusion. Wasn’t given a receipt. Had to notice my bank statement to see the problem.

I tried one of the new English Muffin Breakfast Sandwiches and they were very good. The texture of the egg was okay, that cheese just melts in your mouth and the sausage gives you flavor. You feel the wheat when you take a bite of the English muffin too.

I rate this 8.9/10.

Ordered through drive thru today. Long wait which can be understandable but when I get to the menu was told rudely to wait immediately. Ordered 2 drinks, one medium strawberry sprite and a large pineapple mango lemonade. Watched one worker dump a bag where they keep the ice. Another worker took payment and began to hand me my drinks. When inquired regarding the strawberry sprite, the female stated it was mixed with regular sprite by the guy. She didn’t say why. When asked about ice she proceeded to tell me they were out of ice. I told her I just saw them dump a bag in and she repeated were out of ice. Took one sip of the sprite and it was almost just carbon no syrup. With the blatant brush off regarding the ice and the heat I just dumped the sprite at the light and gave up. I should have been informed of the ice situation before my drink was handed to me. Changing my order without informing me was rude and also weird. I’d go to the gas station across the street before visiting this location again

Ordered regular nuggets, baconator fries, a regular medium fry with honey mustard sauce…. They gave us spicy nuggets, no medium fry and everything else including a sauce I didn’t want! We clearly told them regular nuggets but they did what they wanted and my fiance went back in there twice to make sure they had it right! They didn’t listen and I see why reviews here are terrible! Will not be retuning to this location. A whole new staff needs to take over!

I hope i’m spelling her name correctly. Miss Priscilla from the drive thru is worth her weight in gold. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. I don’t know who needs to hear this but to have a drive thru make your day better. Is definitely an unexpected blessing. Hats off to you lady!

I visited this evening ,and my visit was highly unpleasant. Imagine paying for your order and then having to literally almost beg for a receipt that they couldn’t relinquish. Then being accused of not paying for your order by a manager that barely took any time to locate it. When she finally located my order after me showing her my checking account transaction history and going back and forth to prove my order was paid for. She asked for my phone so she could take a picture of the order screen. The manager that spoke with me tonight should not be in any type of leadership position over anyone! She lacks problem solving skills. She was unprofessional and rude to her own employee in front of a customer. I felt embarrassed for the worker who was no better than her leader. Do better
