Is my order at 1:08 I ordered a surf and serve. It only came with two shrimps so I let them know we have two shrimps. The guy told me he will not refund me that you will remake my order. I told him I would wait in the drive-through he told me he was calling the police and I wasn’t getting anything. He was extremely rude that he was a general manager. I would like to speak to the owner because why am you calling the police on me when you’re employees messed up I will come back with an update, extremely disappointment in the service, it’s now 2:10 asked for the District manager our owner to call me because I’m still sending the drive-through 1:57 he said she would call me in few minutes, but he has left his spot to even call her to have her call me He told me i cant wait inside , its now 2:42 and am still waiting on District manager to call or the police to come i. Called the police as well let them know im still waiting

The freshness of MY favorite chicken and the attentiveness to my requests. I asked for 50/50 but all breast pieces. They didn’t have to do that, im no one special, but the drive thru attendant assured me it would be no problem, the store had enough to accommodate my request.

Popeyes- ALWAYS adore it right. My order was fresh, crispy and perfectly hot to the touch. I love getting a good savory meal after work. My kids love Popeyes chicken breast and the biscuits. I want to send a shout out to Stephanie. She double checked my order, made sure I had all of my condiments and gave me great service with a smile. She was very friendly and personable. We pulled up to the drive thru we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come to take our order. We then placed an ordered for a family meal of tenders, spent $44 something a didn’t even receive the order we paid for. We got nothing but chicken sandwiches and attitude from the manager when we called about it. She told us we should have been paying more attention and claimed they attempted to flag us down but nothing of the sort occurred. These teenagers they have working need to actually be trained properly before handing out orders they actually never checked.

I ordered a Popeyes great chicken sandwiches, or so I thought that’s what I was ordering. The first chicken sandwich I had was so rubbery you could not chew it. I came to return the old sandwich, the guy made comments that I had eaten half the sandwich before returning it. I told him no, I hate the edges when I went to bite the middle it tastes like rubber and I couldn’t eat it. So I made a second trip to Popeye’s on Lake Mead replace. Below is a picture of the second sandwich. I think the food server was trying to punish me. Please make sure you look at your food before you leave this particular Popeyes . So disappointed.

Another Popeyes review, different location, and still a bad experience. Chicken was over cooked to the point that it had discoloration. Rice was undercooked. These restaurants should know that you NEVER serve undercooked food, NEVER.
