Great food, disorganized and poor service. Every walk-in customer during my visit had their order messed up in some way and needed it corrected. No sense of things being organized. The only two things keeping this from being a one-star reataurant was 1. Burgers were made perfectly (not overcooked like every other fast food place), 2. Guy with dark hair and forearm tat making burgers had a take-charge approach towards fixing problems and communicating directly with customers instead of problems needing to be relayed between multiple people. Cook was working and full of hustle as if he was getting a commission for every customer he fixed things for. Why isn’t he a manager? Not even managers have that sort of drive. I’ll probably go back, but if I don’t see him in the kitchen, I’d leave. P.S. your staff probably shouldn’t be telling customers that they only eat at Sonic next door and not Wendy’s.

Don’t eat here , my husband bought us breakfast and my bread had mold on it , I don’t eat mold bread and I’m not gonna eat at this restaurant ever again. If you work in fast food take pride in what you’re cooking and serving to customers.

Pulled into the drive thru for lunch. Ordered the pub fries, junior burger and drink. I was greeted by an absolutely wonderful crowd of workers who really are a credit to Wendy’s. The managers Betsy and Mimi have the best crew: Sarah the cashier, Hailey taking the orders plus a whole host of friendly, hard working staff. The food was perfect, fresh and hot. Thank you!!

Currently standing in this Wendy’s. While they are trying to keep everyone socially distanced while ordering. Not a single staff member is wearing their mask correctly. Most dont have it on at all….and these are the people cooking the food. At least the register girl has her mouth covered, nose out though. They are only taking 2 orders at a time inside. Once those 2 orders have been given out, they go on to the next. In the mean time, the crowd continues to gather. Fried are cold and inhave to bag my own food. Do not recommend at this time.
