I have used their mobile app for a solid two years without a single issue. I haven’t been to McDonald’s cuz they give away your orders to other people. My recent experience, What set me over the edge was. I pulled into the mobile order parking spot, I gave them my parking spot, then they cancelled my order. So I walk inside I asked about my order and was told there was none. But my bank sure did let them have my money , I showed this to them and was told to leave. Save yourself the time and probably the stomach ache from the lack of food safety. Head to a local restaurant. It’s worth it

If it were not for the young man, Aaron cleaning in the area next to me and chatting with me, I would have not gotten fresh fries. When I told him how long we had been waiting for just a single order of fries he personally went and got the order for me. Mind you there had been several boxes of various sizes sitting on the rack the whole time we were sitting at the table. Hats off to Aaron. Hats off to the employee who bought the customer the meal when he didn’t have enough money.

Every time I have ordered here I get some of the stuff or someone else’s order. This is getting to be a little much, And try calling in but never get thru on the phones. Just give people what they paid for and stop having them pay for the food if they are not gonna receive what they spent money on.

Ordered two sausage egg cheese McMuffin got no egg on either. Bacon egg cheese mcgriddle no egg. Kids need to quit farting around or learn to read. Complained to Scott family more than once and they could care less. Both north and south suck. Usually get breakfast there every morning but I guess I can spend my $250.00 to $300.00 a month elsewhere.

I went in and ordered and when I was inside, the cook was yelling shut up and I thought it was disrespectful as hell and the night manager didn’t do anything about it! He just laughed! Ridiculous if you ask me! But the lady up front was fantastic. She had to tell the cook to stop yelling. I really like her.
