Fast food is fast food, you get what you pay for but this is probably the worst fast food place in plaquemine. I waited 30+ minutes for what was supposed to be a 6 minute wait. I wasn’t the only car that had to pull around. They were taking forever to make everyones food. I go in to get a refund and the manager starts saying that I have to call someone before the worker who rung me up offered to pay me back out of his pocket because he accidentally checked me out incorrectly. I felt bad that the refund came out of his own money so I gave him what I had in cash. I haven’t needed a refund from this place in maybe a year or 2 and even then it was an issue with getting my money back. This place shouldn’t be open until 2am. It was early 9:00pm when I came. I’ll deal with the stank attitudes from the mcdonalds workers before coming here again. This place needs to shut down, the management is horrible.

No change given. Literally. They rounded up by $0.73 and kept it. Took 26 minutes to get 4 tenders and 10 nuggets. There was 2 people in front of me and they were only about to handle one person at a time. They messed up two orders and the people who ordered after me, got served before I did.

I went through the drive-thru and made a simple order and my drinks were wrong so I said these are supposed to be the minute Maid strawberry lemonade but yall gave me the Dave’s so I said this isn’t right and one of the lady’s at the window when I said my drink was wrong she got an attitude and said “Oh My God” like it’s not my fault you messed up and didn’t listen to my order that’s your fault and to catch an attitude and I wasn’t even rude to you shows you don’t need to work in the restaurant or costumer service industry.

Came through the drive thru and standing by the back door was an employee smoking weed. Food was cold and the order wasn’t right. This isn’t the first time. I would rather drive my butt to Donaldsonville Wendy’s or go to Baton Rouge. I see why there is never a real line there. I’ve called corporate and so has a few other’s I know about this Wendy’s. I’ll stick with waiting in line at McDonald’s.

There were two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. Every car when they got to the speaker had to wait at least 5 minutes for them to place an order. When I got to the window and paid it took another 7 minutes to get my food. Spent 30 minutes and the food wasn’t even fresh. The french fries tasted hours old same as the nuggets and my junior bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon and drowned in condiments and was not fresh either. I’m not sure what they’re doing in there but I will never go back. It’s fast food and there’s lots of other places around to get fast food. I’m a fan of Wendy’s in general but this location is absolute garbage

I’ve lived here for 10 months and they never have chili. They are always out of chili. I’ve never had the pleasure of eating it once. It is the one thing I eat there. Makes me wonder about management. Why no chili ever?????? Also new trainees need thorough training on menu items. I ordered a chocolate frosty cream cold brew, because they had no chili and I don’t eat anything else there, and they didn’t know how to make it. Actually told me themselves which is unprofessional. Needs corporate to come evaluate regional managers to review local store managers to tighten up their teams!

We hadn’t eaten all day since we were at the hospital for hours. We never eat fast food but Wendy’s has always been better than the others to us.. This Wendy’s really let us down. Fries were old and dry must of sat in the warmer for over two hours if not more. The meat in my Daves burger was warm. We ate our food
because we were starving but Dave would be mad as heck to know his Dave’s burger was substandard at this location. On a positive note the staff was prompt and got the order correct.. Not stopping here again. Very disappointed!!
