Employees don’t even know whats on their own menu. I’ve been to this Wendy’s twice. BOTH times they have given me the incorrect sandwich, then when I brought it back to tell them it was wrong, they messed up on the replacement sandwich also!! Like, HOW??. I ordered a number one both times I went. Which is a Maple Chicken Bacon Croissant sandwich. No modification whatsoever. Just simply asked for a number 1 with milk. The first time I went, they gave me the incorrect sandwich. Something with beef, cheese on a muffin. Not even close. I brought it back, they gave me a chicken bacon on a Croissant, with white gravy. I just ate it anyway even though it was wrong. I shouldn’t have ever went to that Wendy’s again. But I gave it the benefit of the doubt & tried again today. They did THE EXACT SAME THING!! I ordered a number one with milk. They gave me an entirely different sandwich that wasnt even close to whats on the menu! I brought it back, they then gave me a chicken bacon on a Croissant but added cheese. I didnt just eat it this time. If im paying for it, I want it correct. So I brought it back again. The lady got mad at me saying “It comes with cheese”. I said well the menu doesnt say anything about cheese, nor does the mobile app, & I’ve ordered it a dozen times at other Wendy’s & never once has it had cheese on it so I think you just got it incorrect. How is it possible to work somewhere & not even know whats on the dang menu to make the CORRECT items!?!? Horrible.

Horrible service, need better management. My family and I left before we could even order food due to the extremely inept service at the counter.
Eta: I decided to try this place again because I figured Hurricane Laura drove out all the inept employees. See attached picture of what they think a sausage gravy and biscuit should be. I paid $2.42 for this?!? Ugh. Lake Charles we can do better.

Don’t think Wendy’s has figured out breakfast. 2 out of my last three visits I left without food because of either very long wait or out of product, the one time I actually got food it took 20 minutes to get , with only 4 cars in front of me, and that’s with 2 leaving line in front of me.

This is how Wendy’s of Lake Charles welcomes customers. This sign has been messed up for years. This Wendy’s is in a prime location next to the McNeese Cowboy Stadium and one would expect better. Can Corporate please intervene? You are losing potential customers.

Food was really really good. Got the 4 for $4.00. Didnt take long at all to get our food and the service was also really good. Bathroom could use a sweeping but overall good experience

The reason I rated the atmosphere A 1 because the music in the background was so NOT DIVERSE, when you expect a diverse customer base with the location being diverse and very close to a university everything is expected to be diverse or just none at all. I realize this is not going to change anything but I wanted to make sure my voice is heard and I will not be coming back again.

Before we got to the window, we saw ANNE holding some dollar bills. I approached the window and heard another employee tell ANNE that she couldn’t take money that a customer left because she would get in trouble.
Ordered the $7.00 meal. Got the bag, and the fries were cold. I asked that they make some fresh fries. ANNE asked me to pull up to wait for the fries. Okay. No drink. She brought the fries, and I asked where my drink was. She acted like we didn’t order one. ANNE IS RUDE. The manager should deal with this employee. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I love Wendy’s, so my husband and I decided to get two #1 meals. However, after being asked to pull up and wait, we were disappointed to find that our fries were cold when we finally got our food. It didn’t make sense to us to wait and still receive cold fries. If we have to wait, the food should at least be hot. Do better.
