I ordered twice from pizza hut on prospect yesterday because two classes were awarded a pizza party. The food was hot and fresh both times. I truly like the big sign on the wall that had the time that my food would be ready. I got there right on time the first time and the second time I got there 5 minutes early and went next door to look around in the Rainbow shop. It was a good experience. Pizza Hut is improving with their service!

We ordered two Big Dinner Boxes. My husband arrived to pick them up, and noticed one box that looked as expected and one box that looked like a normal pizza box. My husband asked and was informed they were out of the Special boxes, but that all of the food was included and as a matter of fact, we had more pizza. Upon arriving home, we discovered we were missing an entire pizza, an order of cheese sticks, and an order of wings. We were excited for a special treat after a few rough days. Instead we got disappointed kids who picked at food they didn’t want and a hungry adult who ordered wings because they can’t have pizza. Very disappointing. Make sure to visually inspect everything you order here because they will steal your food.
