Had this problem with this store a few times when I go inside and I order a fresh cooked Dave’s double I very seldom get it because they rather pile up hamburgers up for the drive-thru window which they dry up and they are not juicy. When my uncle owned a Wendy’s in Atlanta in the 70s there’s a three-minute rule that after 3 minutes they went into the chili pot! People when you order a fresh cooked hamburger it comes out juicy and the cheese is melted it makes a big difference in the taste of it so if your hamburger is not juicy and the cheese is not melt now you know!

Absolutely horrible management. Fussing at the employee in front of customers for subbing spicy chicken on a salad. I get home and my salad is only Lettuce and cheese no apples or blue cheese. The employee was mad because i had spicy chicken. The burger had two bottom buns and mayonnaise was sour.

I went through the drive thru and ordered two large chilis with cheese and to add the chili sauce packets. I get 2 large cups filled with a medium chilis worth of food and no sauce packets. This is a common occurrence at this location. The food great, the service not so much.

I went through the drive-thru. I got all the food I ordered. It was hot and freshly made. The older lady that takes your money to is always pleasant to deal with. Overall, it was a great experience.
