I only do the drive-through and their response time and service are tops. The difference between a Wendys burger and all other restaurant chain burgers is their hamburger meet in never frozen. While I am at a loss on how they do this with warehouse delivery and storage, this alone makes all the difference in the world. I promise.

I went through the drive thru last night and I forgot to add on a chocolate frosty and I asked the cashier if I can add it on at the window. She proceeded to tell me that “The time I should’ve done that should’ve been before I gave her my card”. I felt very disrespected and I felt that it was very rude. I could understand if she would’ve said “I’m sorry ma’am but you would have to drive around to place another order because the transaction is complete” but she decided to respond in a rude manner. Her tone was horrible as well.

The Cobb salad was very refreshing with boiled egg, tomatoes, cheese and real slices of bacon. Some of the lettuce leaves were mushy. I picked those out.

The staff is VERY rude and lack basic customer service skills. They literally stuck the food bags out of the drive through window without even looking out the window. They did not say hello or thank you. The management staff should strongly consider giving some additional training.

I went through the drive thru and ordered two large chilis with cheese and to add the chili sauce packets. I get 2 large cups filled with a medium chilis worth of food and no sauce packets. This is a common occurrence at this location. The food great, the service not so much.

Service was good. Friendly staff. Ate breakfast and it was horrible. My friend and I ended up throwing it away. Mine smelled like ammonia and was rock hard like over cooked or maybe had been sitting out. I brought it back and got something else which they replaced for free and was dry and didn’t really taste good. This location used to be really good I don’t know what happened.

This was supposed to be a chicken Sandwich and when I tell you I could have cried real tears when I opened this up!!! Real tears I don’t eat hamburgers from fast food restaurants but i probably shouldn’t have gotten any fast food period rant over bye cause I could say more but I feel the tears forming… *punching the air*
