This is not the first bad experience at this Wendy’s at 1810 SW Railroad Ave. Hammond La location recently. The employees including management are the worst of the worst workers I’ve ever seen. Both employees and management act unprofessional. On this particular visit 8/22, Aaliyah was very rude and disrespectful. Over the mike, she repeated the order as we made it but when we got to the window, it was a totally different order and she made it seem like it was us with the mistake with her bad attitude which was not necessary. After we paid, she tells us the items we wanted, they didn’t have so we change it at the window after we paid and it still wasn’t right which was her/their fault. We asked for our money back because she was so mean and hateful that I didn’t want anything else from her or them and we left and have no plans on coming back. This place really needs new management and staff that’s respectful and has some common sense.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING. Went there sometime after 9 PM on a Saturday to get a 10 & 20 piece spicy nuggets – I should’ve known it was too good to be true whenever it took them about 3 minutes to hand us the order. Whenever we got back I realized how cold & old they were, but decided to eat them anyways. I came to regret my decision around 4 AM whenever I gave my toilet a battle for it’s life because I got food poisoning. I’ve never gotten FP from a fast food restaurant before so I’m actually pretty grossed out right now. Will never be returning & I’m gonna make sure to tell everyone I know to not eat here.

My experience was great, I only have issues with delivery time on food and customer service. This particular Wendy’s has its days of being busy usually around lunch rush. Any other time its usually slow. Furing the slow periods I figured the food would come out at a decent time but for some reasons takes longer than normal. But as Wendy’s restraunts go this one is the most cleanest one I’ve been in out of all the ones in Hammond.

Attitude just trying to place my order as if she was just there for a check but didn’t really want to do anything to earn it. Poor service at the window paying for it. Chicken sandwich had to be hours old and fries seemed to be from the previous day. I’ll never return here. Horrible service and horrible food. Why even be open?

These idiots can’t even remember to put bbq sauce in with nuggets, the people at the drive through won’t let you get through your order without interrupting you 10 times, and the food is terrible at best, and I love Wendy’s. This place should get a hard pass.

Everything was going great when we got to Wendy’s. The young lady came to take our order,we thought, she said, “will you wait a minute please?” Well at least she said please :. ) She was on her cell phone. But the person that took our order was very nice and friendly with an apologetic expression.
