Great, friendly, decently quick service. Adaptive to modifying orders. Apple/pecan salad was great. Spicy burger was okay. Not particularly fond of the regular fries. Relatively clean restaurant. Typical fast food burger joint atmosphere. Nothing really creative. Lot was a bit confusing, mostly because directional lines were just about totally worn out and traffic flow wasn’t necessarily “natural.”

Fries half cooked, ketchup packets exploded and sitting in cardboard box with other misc. sauce packets on counter but staff was offering them to patrons. When Asked for fresh ketchup they took some from under the counter threw it in our bag, only to find out it was greasy and exploded on too. Made them remake the fries.

Friendly and professional staff. Dining room is clean and orderly. Slightly cold but due to spread of bacteria in warm environments, it’s understandable in a food business. I like going to Wendy’s over most fast food places. Recommended!!!

Was in Hammond went to Wendy’s our food was warm not hot at all. The dining room was closed. Both of our cheese burgers, chicken nuggets and the fries. I want eat at that Wendy’s again.

Has anyone else had an issue where they don’t give you your card back? Twice now I e left from here thinking they gave me my card back only to find out that I don’t have it and can’t find it. Maybe it’s been me the whole time but the past two times I’ve misplaced my card it’s been after stopping here.

The employees were yelling at each other. They kept said you know my nerves get bad. I watched as a customer came in tell the manager about her salad wasn’t fresh. The manager told the customer we make our salads fresh every morning. The customer service was horrible
