I bought the chicken wrap from Wendy’s, and the food tasted fine; however, the wrap was busted in multiple areas making a burrito bowl. Sadly this made it impossible to eat the food while in the car. The tortilla should not have been served in that condition.

Obviously the owner is out of state owner. I’ve been going here for years and after the storm, the place never recovered. They always send you ahead to wait 5-10 min.thats so inefficient because they have to walk all the way to parking lot to serve their food. Meanwhile they could’ve made the next meal. Its understaffed or undertrained, but I know they did that for COVID times but still aren’t working in that same time consuming way. I can’t call that place fast food, always sitting and waiting.

I usally never write reviews here but i decided to go back to this store after having almost 100% bad service every time i go here , i grew up down the bayou and its rare i get a good review here , the service is always so rude , they never seem happy … ever . They will literally just sit there and stare at you !! It wasnt absolutely terrible today but the attitudes were there !!

I normally find good things to say. The sandwiches tasted as expected. The chaos of the environment was very rough. 90% of all Drink options were out at the self serve machine and 75% behind the counter. The register was offline and not prepared. The person operating the counter was somewhat rude. I realize it’s “fast food” but the work culture in this store seems like it needs adjustment towards customer service.
