I called to pickup 7 pizza a day before and I went through without any issues. Next day I put same order same quantity over the phone and when i came after 25 minutes to pickup my order the “MANAGER NOHA” said we can’t process your order because it’s a big order. She then started arguing for 20 minutes to prove me wrong that it’s my fault that I called and she doesn’t even remember me calling. I don’t know if this company cares about the quality of their service and they must teach good communication skills to entire staff. Just make sure when ever you call record their voice or they won’t process it. Worst experience ever

If I could rate 0 I would, after being made to wait 15 minutes for what was listed as “hot n ready” we got our pepp pizza, crazy bread, and Italian bread, it was all swimming in grease. The crazy bread bag broke from all the grease, no one could eat the food, it was a complete waste.

I pre-ordered a couple of pizzas at 6:05pm. I pulled up at 7:15pm and they asked me to wait 15 more minutes for chicken after sending me multiple messages that my food was ready and waiting. Might be an extremely long while before I return. I Gotta let the frustration with them ware off. waiting over an hour and a half and have to get back into a long line that is barely moving is insane.

I allways go to this location and am happy but this girl just hardened me cold pizza in the center with unsettled cheese crust and cheese puffs were cold in the center too plus gotta have the people move in line cause my food was said to be a 25 minute wait and I waited 40+ cause a person waited at the window for there order when.i ordered first… I’m heating it all up in my oven but this is still wrong by far

They may be short staffed. No one comes to the counter. Someone had to yell for them and they seem put out to be bothered. No greeting or thank you. Everyone waiting is ticked off. Our order was wrong.

I’ve ordered from this Little Caesar’s pizza a few times and never had an issue. However, I decided to do a small order for me and my son, and I found hair underneath the cheese. I called the store and requested a refund but they want me to return the pizza to be compensated but I already threw it out, told them I have pictures as proof.
