Rude customer service. Workers don’t want to take orders or make them accordingly. Talking amongst themselves about customers right in front of them. Upset they have to work. If u don’t like ur job why’d u apply. Food was not fresh. Frosty was not available along with asking for napkins she tossed them at us. Asked for sour cream & chives baked potato but no sour cream was given.

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I have been to location a few times, giving them the benefit of the doubt. But this time was the last. My order is always wrong. Fries were hard and cold, burger was wrong, and just like many time before no vanilla frosty. Also I want 20 minutes for my order. Done with Wendy’s in Harvey.

Drink machine did not work at all after I got my drink and it wasn’t correct. I waited five minutes at the counter until I had someone replace the drink. On top of that the manager (what seemed to be) is speaking as loud as possible to embarrass his workers all while complaining about drive thru customers. This place sucks, just tear it down completely. UPDATE: I’ve got both my orders, both were wrong and the packaging was inside out with foil on the inside. Complete incompetency among the whole store. And I wondered why this place had no cars in the parking lot at 12:15

I wanted to go in because the line was long. Well i had bad service from 2 workers at the front desk. I found out seconds later one of them were a manager. His name was Johnathan/ Joshua He was extremely rude with all the customers and the other lady mentioned she didn’t have time to help customers because she was too busy and stressed out because a few people called in sick. Not to mention did i see any of those employees wear gloves that night. It was disgusting. I also witnessed a police officer try to get served and he went through an act of Congress to only get a dry and a hot tea. Well they knew they never had hot tea then he asked for the corporate number and the. Young manager was talking him out if calling his bosses. It was like he was delegating with him. And the bathroom has no soap to wash our hands and they said they dont have time to do that we will have to wait. It was terrible service. Unprofessional attitudes, not experienced.
I took pictures of the dining area because it was flirty. I will never go back if it was the last place e to eat. If I could give a score lower than a 1 I would.

Horrible location. Literally every time I Order on the app the store does not have something then tell you you have to go to the app for a refund. But the app says no one is available, you call, no one is available so essentially you are stealing my money. I HATE Wendys!

I just stopped in at Wendy’s on Manhattan Boulevard in Harvey, LA because of convenience, I live literally in walking distance. I pull up the drive-thru is unusually busy so I decide to go in. The floor is hazardous, humidity on the entire floor which is every time I go in. Today I left without ordering, no one greeted me and it was just like I was there, really peeved me. I left without ordering. I’ll spend my money where I’m wanted. Manger has her screaming kid in there, I know he’s old enough to be at school. Come on you guys, you have to do better.

Waited inside for 20 minutes until we had to walk out due to not being acknowledged that we were there waiting to order our food. I understand it can be busy but acknowledge the customer atleast.

I came here yesterday & the young lady was nice in the drive thru. But I would’ve liked to know before getting my drink that they didn’t have tops, I’m sure she was too embarrassed to tell me and I’m sure she doesn’t do the ordering for this store. But if she would’ve told me I probably wouldn’t have ordered the meal I could’ve just gotten my sandwich and saved myself the extra wash of my cup holder area that of course ended up full of drink that spilled out as soon as I went down the exit to leave smh and the disappointment of the really old and nasty fries I got. When I pulled up no1 was there, so when she told me to pull back behind the pole to wait I’m thinking of course they are making everything fresh. Of course not though, they obviously redropped the fries that were already cooked. Or just gave me what was under the heat lamp, but they were so brown I don’t think the grease has been changed since 2020. Looked like wheat fries. Anyways… I rarely ever get fast food, but every 3 to 6 months when I do try, I remember why I don’t. At this point they mine as well just get rid of fast food all together if they not going to figure a solution out. My last try was also at a Wendy’s, the Lapalco store and that was also horrible. I was over charged, she refused to give me a receipt, after a long drawn out issue with 3 different workers coming to try and check me out, i leave and get home to realize i didn’t even get my right order, was given something worth even less than what i paid for. Just all bad! Also I forgot to take a picture of the fries since I thru them straight into the garbage.

first of all, the lady rushed me at the speaker. Then had the audacity to pull me to the front after I was already waiting at the window. Then when my food was finally brought, I was missing sauce, straws, and napkins. The fries were hard that it felt like I was chewing on voodoo potato chips. Like cmon we gotta do better! The service was overall below average.

First time going: The soda machine was out of almost everything and I really wanted a certain drink but the service was amazing.
Second time going: No. Just no. My fries was over over salted I could barely eat them. The burger bread tasted sour and had brown bacon. The cheese qas old like they just added some new cheese.. Im not happy.. at all.. I really wish I could get my money back.
