Come on Wendy’s you have to do a better job. t’s 10 minutes after 11:10. I am the only customer, the dining room. And both my sandwich and my drink are wrong.

Placed a mobile order, I was asked to pull up front when we arrived. We waited 15 mins, I counted 5 cars behind us that got their food as we waited. After 15mins we left with nothing. I contacted customer service and was refunded. We ordered 3 biggie bags and a large fry, nothing complicated! I use the app all the time without issues, I won’t be returning to this location!

Was ignored for 5 minutes, then when I was acknowledged the lady was extremely rude, didn’t ask any questions and just threw stuff in a bag. Didn’t give me a cup or the sauce I wanted. All other employees were rude as well. Waited another 5 minutes to get my cup and sauce because they ignored me standing there. Will not be coming back to this location. Worst part was the manager was the main employee that I dealt with.

Staff is very rude! I pulled up to the drive thru and said “Hello, Hello”, and the staff began to mock me and I could hear it through their speaker bc their Mic’s weren’t off. I didn’t argue or anything, simply pulled off and did not give them my service. I would not recommend this Wendy’s.

Worst place to be.
Disrespectful to customers and staff, high focus primarily on drive thru guests which they don’t even do right, food always cold and redropped all the time so it’s old as hell.
Do better or close down since obviously nobody knows what they’re doing.

Hi me and my family came to order some lunch and the food was horrible. ice cool nuggets. I ask for grilled chicken and they gave me crispy. That was also tight and frozen. The fries was halfway full. my order was $47 and what time this is not right it’s just horrible The only thing that was good was the ice out of machine.

Your restaurant is EMPTY you have plenty of time to put out QUALITY food . But nooo I get two HEAT LAMP BURGERS AND BEEF JERKY NUGGETS BURGERS. NUGGETS. FRIES. IVE WORKED FAST FOOD NO LONGER THAN 5 TO 7 MINS TO DROP FRESH FOOD IT TOOK ME THAT LONG TO DRIVE UP THERE!!

Wasn’t going to leave a review, but i have to after finding this in my food. I waited in a long line around the building (about 15 minutes), then waited outside for over 10 minutes for my food. Then found a piece of cheese plastic in it. Love that.

I can only rate my experience and I had a great experience I was help out by Kenyara. I’m very happy that she cracked a smile after having rude customers in front of me she kept her composure and believe it or not it really made my day.
