Dirtiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. Food was in edible. Fry’s were old and tasted like they had been fried twice. Dining room was trashed Burger taste of like it was cooked on the grill, but never been cleaned. The cooking area was trashed fries, and food were all over the floor and a person working in the fryer kept putting the fried basket in with the fries.

After 11 service on 10/24/25 was terrible. Absolutely no communication and took 30 minutes to get food. Cashier was very unresponsive and very unhelpful. Did not even say thank you after giving us our food so that we knew we had all our good. Very unpleasant experience

Fries and nuggets were cold. Their burgers were not impressive in anyway, and the cashier didn’t listen to a single word. I said, didn’t understand a single thing I told her and I still had to pay for a second frosty that I told her the first time I needed started my order off with this is going to be to go and then still got asked after telling her everything I needed if my order was for here or to go. And this was after I had to go inside to order because I sat in the drive thru for 5mins with no one response from any staff member. Not good. Management needs to fix it all.

“Will that be it?” – catch phrase of the drive through order I placed absolutely annoying and the 2nd worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Their food sucked and so did the service. We went in the evening and I was pretty disappointed.

Awesome service: There where two older people who had problem transporting their trays. Without getting asked the staff helped them immediately. That’s service! Had a great lunch, Restaurant was clean and everything was perfect. Nice!

Very unorganized at register. The lady was obviously over worked. She was running the register and filling orders. Definitely having a horrible day. Food was like warm. Soda machines out of a lot of the diet products. Flys everywhere, dining room very dirty.

Not a good night for this crew Took over 10 minutes to get to order,Took 17 minutes to get our order and when we got it… fries were cold and old, order was wrong and un eatable and the Chicken sandwich was cold, the trash cans were overflowing…on a good note… they were polite and the FROSTY’S were great.
