I’m giving a bad review this time only because the guy with the pony tail working on side b was kind of rude. He also gave my order to another car in front of me and he had to remake it but they forgot the onions in my lettuce wrap. He also knocked over my drink as he spilled it over while holding all the other drinks. I wasn’t feeling good and I had a mask. Dude acted like he couldn’t hear me. I was hoping it wasn’t my drink but it was. I’ve had my husband been a side B person for P.Terrys in Austin and even he wasn’t that rude. I’m sorry I was not impressed. I’ll go to in and out where they actually listen to me.

Walked up to the window and ordered my burgers, fries and drinks.
It was pretty simple order overall. Only difference was I ask for extra sauce on the burgers.
1st visit everything was great. Taste, temperature quality and quantity. I was very pleased with entire visit and experience.
BUT, went back again the very next day.
Same order same expectations.
Looking forward to another high quality hamburger and meal.
Not what I got,
Skimpy on the ingredients and almost no sauce let-a-lone extra sauce.
From one day to literally the next. A big difference. I was thinking I went to a different location to be that different. But no.

I’ve had them forget about the bananas bread i’ve ordered multiple times before. I also had a bad experience because i always go here and get bones for my dogs , they are also nice and outgoing usually and give me the bones no problem but there was a day this guy was being super rude and denied to give me bones when i asked politely. Said he would have to see the dog to give it to me , as if ima go home and eat the dog bones myself or something ? other than that the food is always great and hot . love this place

I got two burgers door dashed, the dasher said P terrys staff was rude. When receiving the food my burger had jalapenos which my body can’t handle spice so I’ll probably bring throwing up all night. I also asked for no cheese and they smothered it in cheese. I’m lactose intolerant. This P. Terrys hasn’t been this bad , I’m so disappointed .

This is, without a doubt. The absolute best double cheeseburger that you can buy from a business. I doubt you could make something at home this good. But I know you ain’t gonna buy anything this good from somewhere else.
I don’t know the black dude that works at this location‘s name. Real nice dude just friendly. Just a amazing spirit. Hard-working. Such a great attitude towards working. The exact type of person you want working at a place like this. Because you know what? Even if the food wasn’t the best? This man’s attitude and spirit is so amazing. I’d still come back. Luckily we don’t have to make a sacrifice on either quality of service or food at this location. The young ladies that I speak to at the window are all fabulous. Every single person I’ve ever encountered at this location has been absolutely phenomenal. And the food? Even better. I look forward to every visit just to come.

This place has prices very similar to IN and OUT. The food tastes good and it reminds me of their food quality and taste as well…..they have a lot on the menu, but I don’t think they have vegetarian or vegetable options no no they do actually ..,.I could be wrong. Single burgers are filling.

Orders 1 regular hamburger, 2 double cheeseburgers.
Received 3 regular hamburgers.
Gave 2 stars bc the burgers were ok but were also dry (not really any sauce). Otherwise, I’d give 1. star.

I’m glad this location finally opened in Round Rock and super cool design!
It was fun watching it be built and now the drive-thru experience like going through a forest… A red forest. They could even be flowers but whatever the giant red things are they are super cool!
Perfectly located right off the interstate with fast and courteous service. I usually get through the drive through line in about 10 minutes. The double cheeseburger is all you need to fill up and hit the spot!

P. Terry’s never disappoints! My husband swears by the double cheeseburger loaded with all the toppings, while I have to give a special shout-out to the grilled chicken burger—it’s the real hidden star on the menu. The fries are always a must (ask for extra crispy!), and you can’t leave without one of their phenomenal shakes. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any flavor. Great food, quick service, and consistently delicious.
