got the wrong food, then got old food, i had to go up to the counter twice at this point. then the fountain machine was dispensing flat pop. the person that took our order had to give us ice. and then told us yeah the water and tea work but the other stuff is being weird. didn’t say that they were flat just that they were being weird. such a waste of money.

Crazy nasty Oder in lobby, bathrooms were ok. Fries were cold and store manager was complaining about a past employee very loudly it made my kids uncomfortable. Also found a maggot in my lettuce on sandwich so I never got to eat it and inspected my families food. Will absolutely never eat there again!

The employees here have no care for customer courtesy or service it looks clean but if you look underneath the counters and other places were even food is stored there’s nastiness which you can see in pics if you order through the drive-thru you’re going to have to wait for your drink you should get it right away at any other Wendy’s you would by the time you get your food it’s old and stale especially if you’re going through the drive-thru and the younger employees have no respect for their elders I wouldn’t recommend that anybody eats here it could be detrimental to your health I think the health inspector needs to pay a visit to this place also the manager main manager shouldn’t be working in a position of power anyway.

We tried to eat here; but during our visit there was a repugnant odor— the entire restaurant reeked in a way reminiscant to raw sewage. It took nearly 4 minutes for someone to be available to take our order (we were the only guest in the lobby other than some people already eating). By the time our order was to be taken, we could no linger stand the odor and were forced to depart.

Genuinely awful experience. Came through to get a Jr. cheeseburger and cheese fries. The man that took our money was fine, but the woman working the second window was so incredibly rude. Practically threw our food at us and slammed the window. When we opened the cheese fries there was a long black hair in them, so we came back to get a new order (because good luck ever getting a refund from this place without a giant hassle). We get to the second window and the same woman scolded us and told us she wouldn’t take the old food back (which we understand with covid and all, but her attitude was disgusting). And this time she literally tossed the food at us and slammed the window harder than the first time. Evening crew is usually fine, but the daytime window lady is a nightmare.

Ordered 2 Dave singles, was given the price, proceeded to the payment windows, and was told the price was nolonger valid as it has been raised by a quite snotty manager! Wouldn’t honor the quoted price. Sorry that’s ot the way to stay in business, definitely not Dave’s way!

This is a good Wendy’s. I think overall that Wendy’s has gone downhill in terms of the appearance of their restaurants, but the food is still very good. This particular store provides above average service and excellent food. We upgraded our meals to large and we’re amazed at the size of their large fries. They were huge. Whenever we’re in McCook, we like to stop at Wendy’s.

Not thrilled with the level of customer service at this location. After 2 seniors in my party specifically requested senior while ordering they still didn’t ring their senior drinks up on the order. No remorse after half-way offering to make good on the issue once we sat down and I looked over the receipt. This store needs a true Wendy’s trainer/manager to work the staff over on customer service skills!!! Come on guys, get it together!
